The entrance opens onto a modern kitchen equipped with amenities such as an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and an espresso machine. This is followed by a neat living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom equipped with a shower and sauna for moments of pure relaxation. The sleeping area is on the upper floor and features a bedroom, with a queen-size bed and closet. A bathroom with a whirlpool bath completes the layout.
