Only 5 minutes or less by car to several locations of interest, including Pasqua Hospital (4 mins drive), Mosaic Stadium (3 mins drive or 17 mins walk), Real District/Agribition/Exhibition (4 mins drive or 16 mins walk), Casino Regina (5 mins drive or 37 mins walk). Cornwall Mall is 9 mins drive and Wal-Mart is 8 mins away. Regina International Airport is 2 mins drive. Next to 7-Eleven New Multi-Level Family Building nestled in Regina's friendly Cathedral Area Neighbourhood surrounded by other character buildings. Walking distance to Mosaic stadium (Home of SK Roughriders), Real District (Exhibitions, Agribition, Farm Progress Show), Pasqua Hospital and less than 10 mins to Casino Regina and Cornwall Center in Downtown Regina; Wal-Mart on Lewvan Avenue; and to several businesses (including Safeway), restaurants, shops, houses of worship, a library lining up along 13th Avenue in the trendy Cathedral neighbourhood of City of Regina. Only 2 minutes' drive from Regina International Airport. The 5-guest maximum capacity is based on the assumption of one couple per bed in each of the two bedrooms in the suite (4 guests) and one other additional guest sleeping on a coach bed. We keep extra one pillow, one bedsheet and one blanket in the closet for the 5th guest on the coach bed if needed. No Parking in front of the property. If approaching the intersection of Pasqua Street and 13th Avenue from east or west on 13th Ave or from south on Pasqua Street, proceed north to the T section where Victoria Avenue and Pasqua Street meet, then turn left into the alley and drive back south towards 13th Ave to the address to park at the back of the house. If approaching from the east on Victoria Avenue, at the T junction of Victoria Ave and Pasqua Street, proceed straight ahead into the alley and continue as above to park at the back of the building. There are two separate direct access into Suite A: first from the front of the house on Pasqua Street; and second is through the Side Door on the ground level on the north side of the building. The side entrance is the nearest from the parking lot and therefore most likely to be the access most arriving guest will use. Both entrances into Good Morning Favour's House (Suite A) have Electronic Halo Touch Screen locks. Please touch the screen twice or more until all numbers from 0 to 9 are displayed on the screen. Then keyed in the 4-digit passcode provided to guest by Host through the Air BnB App. You should hear the sound of the motor retracting the deadbolt and a tick sign is displayed to show the door is open for the guest to enter. Turn the doorknob as per normal and push door to open. Behind the Side Door at the end of the stairs leading to Suite A (Good Morning Favour's House), there is another electronic security door. The Passcode to this second security door will be provided to guests before checking in. Each bedroom has electronic locks with physical key hanging in each lock. Guests needing privacy while in bed may choose to remove the physical key to prevent uninvited access. The passcode for the lock to each bedroom will be provided to guests upon check-in For guest assistance, contact Ponz through Air B& B App. You can also phone him directly at the number provided in the AirBnB App if you have urgent questions We currently can accept two guest bookings simultaneously on any one night with available parking to comfortably park two cars behind the building. Please check with Host before to confirm if your parking needs require different arrangement.
