Stayed Dec 30, 2025Excellent communication, very friendly welcome. Great common area downstairs. 67 steps to enter and 13 to the bedrooms should be noted on the listing, this didn’t impact us at all but with little kids or older guests would be very difficult. Small bedrooms but comfy beds. Bathrooms are dated with just one shower and no counter space but plenty of hot water and nice to have two toilets. The location is second to none! Perfect location walking distance to absolutely everything in Florence- step outside the front door and you can see the Duomo right there. Best location I could imagine. A great winter getaway.

Stayed Oct 15, 2025It is a perfect location in the centre of town. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. The only downside would be the stairs - a very big climb to the third floor.
