It stands out for its beautiful, sunny terrace, perfectly suited to enjoying the sun and Seville's weather in general. For the hottest days, there is a shower on the terrace where you can cool off.

A few meters from the building on San Luís Street, there is a supermarket, and the Feria Street Market is about 200 meters away. Alameda Square is less than 10 minutes away.

There is a separate bathroom with a shower, mirror, and good lighting. There is a hairdryer, soap, toilet paper, and everything you need for your stay. The room, decorated in a very original style, features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and dresser, and light through the window. Central air conditioning keeps the entire house at a comfortable temperature.

Towels and sheets are included in all reservations. All basic amenities for the first day of your stay are also included.
