Staff very courteous, great communication and outstanding location. Decent Apartment ( I wish it has more space in the bathrooms), but other than that, very good.

This property has so much potential with a few minor changes however without those unfortunately the only good thing about it is the location. After a long day of sightseeing the least you need is a terrible nights sleep. The beds are absolutely horrendous, worst beds we have ever slept on. Pillows are very smelly and the cleaning of the floors at the time of check in is less than acceptable. Also there is a sewage smell that overtakes the building. Lady at the check in is nice and helpful.

This property has so much potential! With some minor improvements it would be great however as it is now, it gets let down by a few things. Beds being one of the main issues. They are absolutely horrendous to sleep on in fact you would probably find better quality beds in cheap hostels. After a long day of walking, all you want is a decent nights sleep in a comfortable bed. Doesn't exist in this apartment. The double bed is actually 2 single mattresses (may be even just pieces of foam I don't know if you can call them mattresses!) put together on the worst bed base so they move away from each other in the night to the point where both foams nearly fall off the bed! The pillows are the next issue. They smell. I mean really bad. Not the pillow cases but the actual pillows, the smell is so strong it comes through the clean cases. We had to roll up a duvet from the spare room and sleep on that! Also the cleaning of the flat needs to be improved. The floors still had previous guests' hairs so not been cleaned properly. Lastly the whole building stinks of sewage including inside the flat. Location is about the best part of this apartment and the managing agent lady (Montserrat) was lovely and very helpful.

Appartement spacieux, à l'aise à 4 personnes. A 10' de le station de métro la plus proche, pratique pour circuler dans Barcelone. Hotesse agréable parlant français et répondant à toutes nos questions. Facile d'aérer l'appartement par les fortes chaleurs, 3 ventilateurs fournis. A regretter le peu de vaisselle notamment les couverts, une cruche, un égouttoir, un grille pain auraient été utiles. Sinon grand frigo avec congélateur, machine à laver ( une pastille ou 2 fournieça serait top.) belle l

Amazing apartment in a very good location. Close to a lot of metro stations, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Safe building with doorman. House has all the utilities needed if you plan on cooking and very good wifi. Ideal for a family or a small group of friends. Very nice and helpful owner, gave us a lot of recommendations.

This is a great apartment! Very clean and roomy. Secure building so I felt very safe. It was within walking distance to Sagrada Familia (about 15 minutes) and about a 10 minute walk to the top end of La Rambla (20-25 minute walk from El Barrio Gotica). I would definitely recommend!

Logement très bien situé par rapport au métro et proche de nombreux commerces . L'accueil a été très sympathique de la part de la personne qui nous a remis les clés.Elle parle français et nous a conseillé sur ce qu'il faut visiter. L'appartement est calme. Une des salle de bain est assez petite
