This modern Two Bedroom top floor Apartment has recently been furnished with up-to-date quality furnishings. It's located in a typical charming Icelandic house from the 1930s.
The apartment accommodates 6 persons, in 2 double beds and a sofa bed. The apartment includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining and living room with a flat-screen TV, a bathroom and a separate room for the bathtub and free Wi-Fi.

The Neighborhood:
Eiríksgata is located in the center of Reykjavik, close to many cultural attractions. Hallgrímskirkja church is only about 4 minutes away and from there you can walk down the Rainbow Street.
“The Pond” (Tjörnin) and Hljómskálagarður public park are 15 min away, and the seaside is 20 min walk or 5 min drive.

If you want to take part in the strong Icelandic culture of going to the swimming pool, Sundhöllin is a 6 min walk and you’ll find several grocery stores in only a few minutes' distance.

You’ll find endless options of restaurants, food halls and cafés close to the apartment. We recommend Café Loki, where you can enjoy Icelandic specialties and Reykjavik Roasters café, both only 5 min. from the apartment. If you’re in for some pastries, which we definitely recommend, Sandholt and Brauð & co are both within walking distance.

Getting Around:
The BSI Bus Terminal is 700 metres away. 45 min. drive from Keflavik Airport.
If you take the FlyBus from the airport, the nearest drop-off bus stop is at Hallgrímskirkja and from there it's only 4 min. walk to the apartment.
If you don't have a rent-a-car most attractions and services are within walking range. You can also use the public bus. The closest bus stops to your apartment are “Bíó Paradís” and “Hlemmur”.
A number of buses stop at these bus stops.

Other Things to Note:

    Location is nice. Walking distance to cathedral, grocery store and restaurants. We were family of 3 so, it was spacious enough for us. 4 people can stay comfortably. I would like to give 3.5 star but rating goes from three to four. 3.5 is not available. I am giving it a 3 (3.5) just because the apartment has plumbing issues. Toilet tank takes forever to fill up, bathroom sink is very small and has drainage issue as well. if you are brushing you teeth, then you have to take few pauses in between for water to drain. If you are in rush to go somewhere in the morning, then this will definitely affect your entire schedule. We stayed for 2 nights. we reported the issue right after our arrival but maintenance person came by after 24 hours to check on that and it was still not fixed.It would have been nice to check on the kitchen appliances. There were 2 pans, one had non-stick coating all peeled off, so was useless. The other pan was regular pan which didn't work on Induction stove they have in the apartment. so our morning breakfast was ruined. They did bring in the new pan though but it was next day at night. It would also be nice to have some basic cooking spices like black pepper etc.The booking details indicated the total charge included a deposit but when asked about the same to the host, it was stated that there was no deposit and entire amount was rent.
