Eiffel-Invalides, New & Elegant

The property is in an excellent locationWe stayed for 8 days. It had everything we needed. It was September so we didn’t need the AC so I cannot comment on that. A perfect apartment for your Paris stay. The owner was very easy to work with.

A fantastic apartment in a wonderful location. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed. The AC was a portable unit and worked fine, but it would have been nice to have a second one for the living area. The host was wonderful. Checked us in, gave us a thorough overview of the apartment, as well as some tips for dining in the neighborhood. The location is superb and numerous major attractions are within walking distance as well as a nearby subway station. We would certainly stay here again when we return to Paris.

Great apartment, location, and owner. Portable air conditioner helped with the 95 degree temperature. Be sure to eat at Tomy right across the street which has incredible food and air conditioning. Would like to go back when there is cooler weather so that we could fully enjoy the fabulous apartment and neighborhood.

Lovely little apartment. Well stocked. Good location. My only concern was that the portable air conditioner wasn’t very effective on several hot days.

This apartment is in a great location in the 7th Arr. It is within walking distance of D'Orsay, the Eiffel Tower, and many wonderful restaurants, including a delightful bistro across the street. The apartment is clean and quiet with good light. It has a clothes washer, but, unfortunately, no dryer. Overall, though, it is a very nice apartment for the money.

We loved staying at this nicely appointed apartment just a few minutes from the Invalides Metro and just around the corner from a key bus stop. Just down the hallway from the living room is a nice bedroom with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The window opens to the back courtyard. The living room is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you might want and expect. The bathroom, with two sinks, is well stocked with plenty of towels.The location in the 7th worked well for us. I highly recommend the Bonjour RATP app for navigating public transportation. The neighborhood includes several restaurants, cafes, and patisseries and is only about a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower (approach on Rue de l'Université for a great photo opportunity). We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Le Café de Mars.It was a pleasure to meet and work with Xavier.

The apartment is well laid out with comfortable furniture and a large, quiet bedroom. It's easily reached by the elevator (or the wide stairway, if you appreciate a little exercise after an excellent meal out). A well equipped kitchen and strong WiFi round out the apartment. Within a 2 block radius of the apartment , you’ll find several cafes, bistros, boulangeries, patisseries and grocery stores. The Tour Maubourg metro station is about 350 meters away and there are several bus stops nearby. The Rue Cler, with its market, is a short walk away.We are very familiar with Paris, and have stayed several times. We generally prefer to rent houses and apartments vs hotels and have done so for more than 30 years throughout Europe. That said, this apartment and Xavier have spoiled us for future travels. Xavier has a list of local stores, restaurants...and an especially good boulangerie. He gave us a thorough explaination of the appliances and features of the apartment and is nearby is needed. This apartment is in the top 5 of all the apartments we've rented and the top, by a far margin of the Paris apartments we've rented.You won't go wrong with this apartment and host.

We love Paris and wanted to share it with our 14 year old granddaughter. The apartment allowed us privacy from one another. It's clean and quiet. The neighborhood is delightful sshopsshopsshanrestaurants

Very nice spot, clean, roomy, quite convenient and very safe. Xavier was extremely helpful and supportive. Very nice touches with extra phone/ipad chargers and outlets and a bowl filed with random coins, just in case.We will return someday.

The apartment is clean and thoughtfully furnished and stocked. The location to public transportation (Metro, RER at Invalides)) is 10 minutes away. Another aspect I never addresses with prior Paris visits: using the bus. #69 around the corner and other bus stops close by offered many options. Shopping for food is ideal (10 minutes to Rue Cler) and less to the many nearby bakeries. We also appreciated the quietness of the apartment. This place is definitely on the 'must stay there again' list.

Spacious and very comfortable one bedroom apartment. Fantastic neighborhood with everything, and I mean everything within a few hundred feet. Great host makes the check in very easy. Having stayed in many apartments in Paris over the past 25+ years, this one ranks at the top.

A perfect location for your first time or for a recurring visit. Head to the end of the street for a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower or the other direction for a wander around with the Seine close by. There are a bevy of restaurants and shops to choose to visit, or head in any direction and within minutes you will be at a major attraction. Paris delights the senses, and this apartment puts you right in the center of it all and gives you a comfortable space to relax and be a part of it.

Very French, lovely apartment, well appointed and located. The owner met us when we arrived. The apartment has everything you need and the location could not be better. At the end of the block you see the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is quiet, charming and upscale. The 7th is home to the French.

It was a pleasure to have called this apartment our home away from home. It was cozy with a well equipped kitchen, comfy beads and a washing machine. The incredible location was walking distance to all the great must see sites and with restaurants, market, bakeries just steps away. The host greeted us upon our arrival, showed us around the apartment, gave us tips for our trip and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this apartment and thank you to the host for being a part of making our family trip to Paris incredible! À la prochaine!

We loved the location, although far more streets were closed in anticipation of the Olympics than anticipated. Xavier was awesome, we forgot something very important to do at home, and Xavier helped us out without hesitation. The apartment was super clean and quiet. Our stay far exceeded our expectations!

My husband and I stayed four nights in this lovely apartment in June. The location was perfection. We walked everywhere. You can see the Eiffel Tower right at the end of the block in all its glory. So iconic. We loved everything about the apt from the much needed washing machine (no dryer but there is a drying rack) to the large windows we kept open for gorgeous weather we were having. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had plenty of room for all of our toiletries. Very clean apt. As a curly girl, I’ve NEVER seen a diffuser attachment for a blow dryer in a rental. It’s was the absolute best, I was so grateful. The elevator was much appreciated for our luggage. Check in was smooth and quick. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again when I return to the beautiful friendly city of Paris.
