Stayed Mar 22, 2025The place is nice and comfortable. Bed is firm and sheets are soft. It is a short walking distance to Whole Foods and several local restaurants. The only downside are - no pretty views, the noise coming from the car wash, and the music playing from the Chocola restaurant. The noise wasn’t horrible and is over by 8pm, but I feel it’s important information to know. Actually, the dishwasher in the apartment made a lot more noise.

Stayed Mar 13, 2025Property is clean and functional for 1-2 people, 4 people if you use the pull out couch. Bed is comfortable, TV & kitchen work just fine to suit your needs. Unit number 1 is not located anywhere on the building FYI can make it a little confusing upon arrival. Yes, they send a welcome packet ahead of time, but when your looking for an address, its not there. street number 35 is listed on the top of the parking covering, but you cant see it at night fyi

Stayed Apr 10, 2023This unit served as the perfect spot to rest and relax after long days of hiking the beautiful trails throughout Sedona. It is a quiet spot and we can’t say enough how comfortable that bed is! The patio was a bonus, too. Kitchen had all we needed to cook dinner. The location allowed us to walk to area restaurants for cocktails. Thank you for attending to our needs when we locked ourselves out (twice - ha)!

Stayed Mar 21, 2023Clean, comfortable condo conveniently located near everything. Safeway and Whole Foods across the street. Loved Unit 1-just feet from the front door. Hope to stay there again next trip.
