Super quiet, comfortable, warm, clean and relaxing environment. A variety of shops very handy to the accommodation too. We enjoyed meeting Brett and wee smoochy cat Ava. We look forward to another stay under some sunnier skies

Stayed Dec 24, 2024We loved staying in the gorgeous cottage. Everything you could need was supplied. The rooms were light, airy and beautiful. Located very close to the water and near to shops. An amazing property and lovely hosts. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

Stayed Sep 3, 2023We stayed here during AIMS Games week and it was the perfect location for us as it was halfway between the 2 pool venues our team was playing waterpolo at. Clean, tidy and has everything you need for a quiet, relaxing stay. Brett, the property manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here and we would go back.

Stayed Apr 14, 2023The unit was in a quiet location and very clean. The beds were comfortable with quality linen. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking facilities. We found the hosts to be very friendly and helpful. The location was in a perfect for visits to the Tauranga city centre and to Mt Maunganui beaches. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and that we really got value for the money.
