This beautifully designed 890 sq. ft. condo offers a warm and inviting space with hardwood floors, abundant natural light, and stylish furnishings. The open living and dining area features a TV, a comfy sofa with an accent chair, and a formal dining set, flowing seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space—perfect for cooking and entertaining.

The master suite is a relaxing retreat with oversized windows, two plush queen beds, and a private en-suite bath. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a bunk bed (two twins), making it ideal for families with kids. For added convenience, the home features an in-unit washer and dryer for a stress-free stay.

Two assigned free parking spaces for guests. Our unit shares the parking lot with other residents in the building. We may not be able to provide parking for more than two vehicles.

Guest access:

Our condo is located on the 2nd floor of a fourplex, providing easy accessibility for all guests with only one flight of stairs. Parking is right next to the stairs.
You'll have exclusive access to the entire unit, and entry is made effortless with a secure and convenient smart lock system.

Key House Rules:

• The regular nightly rate covers 8 guests. All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night.

• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.

• Strictly NO PARTIES and EVENTS, Quiet Hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including in the building common area, . $500 fine per violation.

• Ring security cameras for exterior use only, monitoring parking lot and front door activities

• No Pet is allowed

    The mini blinds were broken, compromising privacy in the main bedroom and one of the legs on the bedframe was broken.

    Very clean and had all the basic things you might need except for an iron. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee. Lots of pillows, blankets, and closet space. For us it was the perfect location and there are nice parks a short drive away for the kids.

    Overall nice stay. Wish there was a better system for A/C for hot days. The portable A/C didn’t reach the bedrooms, and there was only 1 small fan.

    In town for the ECNL soccer tournament. Easy 20-25 minute access to 60 acres park. Adequate for our stay. Coffee was great. Kitchen was as advertised, perfect for easy meals. Would work easily for a family with 2 little kids. A teenager would not fit on the bunk beds.

    My family stayed in this condo for several nights in May, 2025. We chose it for its proximity to Bothell and Mukilteo, where much of our itinerary was taking place. It was definitely reasonably priced!We appreciated the quiet, off-street location, with parking directly in front. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The beds were extremely comfortable! The living room was a nice gathering spot for all of us. Another bonus was the proximity to the light rail, which we took advantage of to take us downtown for a concert. We spent time at the nearby Bothell City Park and Log Boom park. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay!
