Stayed Feb 6, 2026I had to make considerable effort to reach the host for check-in instructions. the unit was in very poor condition including damaged walls, doors and floors. The kitchen was also improperly stocked. The deck is a safety hazard! This unit has considerable “wear and tear” with no visible attempts to bring it back up the standard for the price paid. First time I was dissatisfied with a VRBO stay.

Stayed Dec 15, 2025Overall it was a great experience, host was quick to respond to all questions. It was well kept and clean but there were some areas in the drywall that you could tell the building had settled and caused cracks and peeling, also the screen on the porch door was missing. We really enjoyed our time there.
