Stayed Sep 5, 2025We truly loved this little gem. Great use has been made of the space to provide plenty of room. There were only two of us but it was plenty room for two more. The location was excellent. An easy walk to Kyle field yet far enough away from the bars in Northgate to be quiet and peaceful. The host was very informative. We will definitely make this our go-to place to stay in Bryan/College Station.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Quaint little apartment within walking distance to A&M and Kyle Field. Plenty of restaurants also within walking distance or short Uber ride. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts communicated easily and were there if needed.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025This was a very cool place. Perfect for a couple of people. My favorite part was not only having central heat and air. But there was a window unit in the main bedroom. I cranked that bad boy on and slept like a baby.

Stayed May 20, 2024Clean, great amenities, quiet neighborhood, easy access The AC is a bit loud and struggled during the summer heat. I wouldn't expect a large adult to fit in the 2nd bedroom. Only one bathroom and it is a bit cramped. No bath. Air temps throughout the apartment are variable but manageable with the provided fans. Overally I would book it again.
