Duplex Top Floor Apartment with Stunning Sea Views, in Quiet Area, 200m to beach

Very nice apartment with a sea view. Very well equipped. Near the beach. The apartment met our expectations.

Property perfectly nice. Not luxurious but a good seaside base with very easy walking accès to pleasant beach areas and the small town of Sutivan. Car needed to access other areas. We had everything we needed right down to beach accessories ( cushions which are definitely needed for the stony beach). Electrify went out once but locate the fuse box and it’s fine.

Me and my family spent three weeks in apt Stephanie on the island of Brac and we enjoyed every second of it! The apt is spacious and close to the Adriatic with its crystal-clear water. The village of Sutivan with restaurants, pebbled beaches and some supermarkets is just a short 10-min walk away. The evenings we had on the balcony looking and listening at the sea were fantastic. If you are looking for party this will not be your preferable choice, but tranquility sure will. We are really looking forward to coming back next summer!

We really enjoyed our stay at apartment Stephanie. 7 of us stayed at the apartment but it never felt cramped due to the open plan of the living room/ kitchen. The view from the balcony is stunning and the outdoor seating was very comfortable. The beach is only a short walk away, and is beautiful. The directions to the apartment were well explained and the overall journey from Split airport to the apartment (with no car) although long was relatively stress free. The owners are very nice and helpful. We were given 2 keys which made splitting up for different activities easy. We didn’t have a car so relied upon taxis for travel. I would recommend a car in order to see more of the island. Overall we are very happy and have no complaints. :)

The accomodation was wonderfull, very nice and clear appartman with brand new equipment and large terasse with the sea view. The beach was 10 mins by foot. The beach was available as for children as sea swimmers. I recommend this accomodation.

We have spent a great time on Brac! We loved the iland and travelled a lot - there are so many places where you can rest in quiet and beautiful environment. The appartments were very comfortable: spacious for our children, light and positive. Thanks for Branka - everything was organized very professionally!

The first thing to say is that the photographs do not do justice to the actual apartment, the place was immaculate with every conceivable facility and the views over the Adriatic to Split were excellent. The apt is spacious, well thought out and the air con was really handy after a hot day on the beach. Sutivan is a lovely resort, quite small with about 5 restaurants, around 20 bars/cafe's but sufficient for a relaxing holiday. The water was clear and blue and perfect for snorkelling, although the beach can be a little tricky, without swim shoes. I'd just like to thank Branka at the girls at the office for an enjoyable holiday. We will definitely be going back to Brac.

My family and I had a great experience in Croatia in general and especially on Brac Island. The ferry ride was great, Branca was very nice to us, she welcomed us with a big smile and told us everything we needed to know (since it was our first time there), nice people, very clean everywhere (on the island, in the water, in our apartment) and we loved our apartment. The location of it and everything in it. It was just what we needed and just what the web site and Branca had described. The only thing I would add is we would have loved to have 2 keys for the apartment. There were 6 of us, adults and one child, 2 couples and a family (parents and their 7 year old) all different ages and of course different needs and schedules and it would have been nice not to have to wait for each other all the time or wake somebody up in the middle of the night (getting back from a disco-bar or simply from a walk in town) to open the door for us. We would love to come back one day, maybe with the rest of our family and friends. You sure have a beautiful country!
