Wonderful high quality duplex located in a second row facing the sea in Puerto Pollença. There are two community pools, one large and one small, to share with the other ten apartments in the building. Beautiful and elegant gardens surround the apartments and the pool. This duplex is located on the ground floor. With very careful details, it has an entrance hall, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large dining room open to a terrace next to the pools. The first floor consists of three bedroomsand two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Located in a quiet street that allows easy free parking, but only a ten minute walk from the center.

The Port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers miles of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor Peninsula. Unlike other tourist spots in Mallorca, the coast has not been completely urbanized with multi-storey hotel castles. The old town of Pollensa is only 10 minutes away by car and is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. Here is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés that cater to the individual tastes of visitors.

The town's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which there is a small Baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolizes a day of the year. In the historic environment of Pollença, numerous cultural events and music festivals are held.

    Kitchen could do with more glasses for cold drinks.Television channels. None. No instructions.Car parking easy.No information folder. For a first time visitor information about the area is very useful. Maps, location of supermarkets - Euroski, LIDL etc, etc.We have visited Pollenca numerous times over the years so for us not necessary.

    3 mins from beach and 10 mins from centre but lots of lovely restaurants only 5 mins away too. Duplex was great for our family of 5 adults, very spacious. A welcome pack on arrival with wine, bin bags, dish washer tablets and washing machine capsule. We had an issue with a broken kettle and iron which was resolved without delay, new kettle and iron replacements were made the same day, and this was on a Sunday. Shower hose holder in en-suite bath could be placed higher to use as a shower but overall no complaints and would happily go back again.

    Duplex La Nau exceeded our expectations. Spacious layout with a big open dining/living area flowing to the terrace and pools—ideal for relaxing after beach days. Three comfortable bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms , and everything spotless. The location is perfect: peaceful, short walk to the promenade and center. We appreciated the welcome pack, and the 24/7 availability of the host. Air con worked flawlessly in the heat. Pure relaxation!

    We loved the elegant gardens, being so close to the beach without the noise. The apartment feels luxurious: air conditioning everywhere, modern kitchen, comfortable beds, and the en-suite bedroom was a nice bonus. Easy parking, fast internet for streaming, and the host provided all the info we needed about the area—beaches, Pollensa old town, restaurants. Cot and highchair were ready when we asked. No events allowed kept it peaceful. Excellent value and service!

    Duplex La Nau is in a super spot—second line to the sea, surrounded by lovely gardens and pools shared with just a few apartments, so never crowded. The ground floor setup with kitchen, bathroom, and big terrace was perfect for morning coffees and evenings by the pool. Upstairs bedrooms are spacious and quiet. the host was incredibly helpful with arrival coordination . Pollensa area is beautiful—beaches, pine trees, great food. Top-notch property!

    We stayed as a family of 5 early July. The apartment is extremely well equipped and very practical in all aspects. Location was perfect, a stones throw from the beach and a short walk to great restaurants. Highly recommended place to stay!

    Lovely 2 floor apartment, with good space in the bedrooms, air con, window shutters, x3 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Terrace area gets the morning sun and until about 3pm before it is then in the shade, but there is the option of moving the lounger out towards the pool for some extra rays of sunshine! Outdoor table, drying rack and sunshade also available. Situated one street behind the main promenade and a quiet area with a short walking distance to the front where the supermarket and all the main cafe’s & restaurants. On street parking is also ok with plenty of choice. Host was very helpful for any issues that we had and in contact at beginning and end of trip.

    Excellent location in a clean and modern condo on two levels. Easy place for free parking and walks to the beach. The property manager was pretty responsive when we had a few questions and issues. The kettle leaked and was replaced but the safe did not work.
