Located in a spectacular setting with sweeping views of the Horseshoe Bowl and Breckenridge ski area, this beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home in the Highlands neighborhood offers easy access to Main Street shops and the ski area while offering space and tranquility. The spacious floor plan features three levels of living space, floor to ceiling windows, TV room with shuffleboard table, hot tub, and a 2-car garage. Outside enjoy an expansive balcony, lawn games, and horse shoecourt!

The Neighborhood:

This is an exclusive area near the Breckenridge golf course with large lots and sweeping views in a perfect mountain setting. PARKING – 2 cars in the garage and at least 3 more outside of the garage. Campers, camper vans, and trailers are not allowed in this neighborhood due to HOA restrictions.



Getting Around:

Enjoy a 10-15 minute walk to the Breckenridge Golf Course and a 5 minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge and gondola parking. Breckenridge's best hiking and biking trails just outside the door. A car is recommended with this property.



Guests also have access to a free VIP Mercedes van ski shuttle during ski season - Nov through April! The VIP Mercedes van ski shuttle will drop you off at either of the Breck Resort bases or downtown Breckenridge. You can schedule multiple pick-up times during the day.



The shuttle is an 11-person passenger van. It is best to schedule with them ahead of time if you know approximately when your group will want a ride to the ski area base every day and when they would like a ride back to the house. The company will also do a last-minute pick-up (unscheduled) but the wait time may be a little bit if they are in the middle of another ride. The company is called Plan B Transportation and the phone numbers and instructions will be included with the check-in instructions you receive. Please feel free to call them for more information.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.     This home was amazing! The set up is perfect for multi families. We rented this for our wedding weekend in Breckenridge. Everyone in our group was in awe with how much thought was put into this house. The laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, seasoning and a fully furnished kitchen is something you don’t get offered in a vrbo house. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat. The addition of the free shuttle is also spectacular!

    The house was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked for a big group. The amenities were great. We didn’t have to run to the store for every little thing. The hot tub and sauna were a fabulous addition. We also loved that the VIP shuttle to the slopes was fantastic! We had one issue with the heating and it was resolved quickly. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat. It was amazing!

    Came with a group of buddies for an annual ski/snowboard trip and really enjoyed this spot. We cooked a decent amount and the kitchen was very spacious and had pretty much everything needed to prepare the meals. The outdoor grill is conveniently located right next to the kitchen on a covered deck which is nice if you come at a time where there’s snow or other weather in the area. The sauna and hot tub were great after long days of riding. The sauna was a bit tricky to get going having to be reset from the bottom of the sauna stove before each use, but worked great after each reset. Will consider this place again for future stays.

    A beautiful part of the world, loved the lodge and the hot tub which was used every day. Skiing was the best we've had for a number of years. Breckenridge town had a charm to it with nice bars and restaurants. Overall, it was an excellent holiday. As a suggestion, I think for guest flying into Denver from over seas, it may be nice to have a welcome pack of bread,milk and coffee on arrival.

    We loved our stay! The place was well stocked. The beds very comfortable and even had fans and dehumidifiers in most of the rooms. We didn't use the shuttle service because it ended up being easier to use our car. The location is quick and easy to drive to slopes. You have to have a reservation in advance. Thank you fir a wonderful stay!

    This is the third time we rented this property thru VRBO and we continue to be happy and impressed. The home is exactly as pictured, and it is a wonderful place to host extended family. The management company is easy to reach and very helpful and kind. We love staying here, and we will definitely return!

    This property was well maintained with lots of amenities!! The VIP shuttle service was easy to use and always on time! This home was also well stocked with spices and a large variety of cooking supplies for those who love to cook! We would definitely book this home again!
