Stayed Dec 31, 1969My husband, two sons (8 and 9) and I spent 6 weeks in this wonderful apartment. It was just the right spot for us. We will forever remember the breath taking view and the rhythm of the ocean. We spent many hours watching surfers, keeping track of the tides, and swimming in the apartment building's pool. The beach has tidal pools that provided hours of recreation for our children. This barrio of Salvador (Stella Mares) was small enough for us to walk to the store, manicurist, and various restaurants. We felt safe at the apartment and in the neighborhood. It was far enough away from the city center to have a small town feel, yet close enough for us to drive or take a bus anywhere....up the coast or to the city center. The owners of the apartment were kind and accommodating and if we are looking to rent again in Salvador, we will be sure to contact them! Muito Obrigada!!!!!!!
