Apartment on the top floor of the building, a second with elevator. From the entrance a corridor serves the ground floor. On the right is the kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, small rotary kiln, ceramic hobs, hood and washing machine. On the left, this desert corridor 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobe and a matrimonial room which is a suite because adjoining bathroom. A shower room is included in the hallway for 2 rooms in bed of 1 person. Each room has a corridor that gives street side of the complex ... very quiet street. Opposite the entrance, we enter the living room which overlooks the first indoor garden terrace with swimming pools and sports fields. The living room is equipped with 2 couches for 3 and 2 people and a dining table with 6 chairs. . You will also find a television with French and Spanish satellite channels as well as the control box for air conditioning. On the south-facing terrace is a sunshade and tables and 6 chairs. You have a breathtaking view of the inner garden with children's area and sports fields and children's pool and medium pool. The complex has 3 swimming pools, padel courts (sports booming) tennis courts and mini football. One of the pools is open from July to September and is supervised by 3 lifeguards. A staircase on this first terrace gives access from the outside to the duplex. In the second, you will find the 2 solariums and a covered space between these ... it is the space RELAXATION. A JACUZZI for 4 people is there, you will have a privileged view on the mountain. 2 sunbeds, a table and 4 chairs are waiting for you and allow you to enjoy cocktail enjoying the quiet of the last floor (ATICO). The second solarium allows you to relax with a 360 view of the indoor garden, sports fields and 2 of the 3 swimming pools. 2 comfortable loungers welcome you. The closed room between these 2 solariums is equipped with a coffee table, an armchair and a couch for 2 people. There is also a large ottoman that serves as an extra bed.
