Stayed Aug 12, 2025The wifi didn’t work the entire time and the customer service line is run by AI, whatsapp responses were immediate and obviously produced by chatgpt. When a real person did reply about the issue, I was told that the property manager was “out” and was not told when they would return. We were told they would come and fix the wifi but to my knowledge this never happened. Much smaller issue but the body wash bottle in the shower was empty and the towels were of very poor quality (left fibers all over your body). Only silver lining was that the apartment was nicely decorated and clean.
