This was our first VRBO experience and it was amazing, the bar has been set very high. So clean, conveniently located, quiet neighborhood, the prefect getaway. We didn't have any issues but I feel confident the owners would have helped with anything, the were very accommodating.

Bill and Pat are delightful hosts. They came to greet us when we arrived and to make sure the apartments was to our expectations. I can warmly recommend Suite Betty to travelers.

Bill greeted us right at the door and walked us through getting in. This was our first VRBO and he was such a kind man. He even had a path shoveled to our vehicle in the morning after it had snowed! Suite Betty was very clean, thoughtfully stocked with coffee pods, creamer and even had mustard, ketchup and mayo. The bed was comfy too. Thank you Suite Betty. We couldn’t ask for anything more!

Suite Betty is now our go-to VRBO when visiting Duluth. It's our second stay and owners Bill & Pat did everything possible to make us feel welcomed and cared for. The accommodations are exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all you could possibly need (and more) for your stay. Bill & Pat are also very knowledgeable about the area and provided great suggestions on what to see, do and dine. We'll be back!

This is just a wonderful welcoming place to stay. That's why I have been their many times.

This has been at least the 3rd time I have stayed here. This is my go-to place when visiting my Son's family. At my request they even provided some Christmas decorations. It is a very nice place to stay. I'm always grateful for the hospitality.

The place is really great and with everything you might need is available for use. All other items given are all appreciated. We felt the warm welcome.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable, traveling with an infant! The amenities and personal touches were amazing. We will definitely be back for another visit!!

Great stay

Great stay, lovely property.

As soon as we got out of the car we saw a family of deer frolicking in the open yard space. The kitchen was fantastic with everything you could possibly need and the laundry facilities were nicer than I have at home. I would highly recommend this getaway!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Suite Betty! It had all of the comforts of home and then some. Very clean. Great location, close to all of our favorite things in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. With wonderful hosts to boot!

Very comfortable and pleasant accommodations. The space was well-appointed, with the standard staples and reasonably sized mugs and plates (not too big!). The lighting was very nice -- both the natural light from all the windows and the many lights and lamps provided. We like to hang out and play games or read and this rental was great for that. The view was lovely and will surely be quite stunning in a week or two when Duluth reaches peak fall color!

Bill and Pat's VRBO apartment was just lovely. It was spotless and had everything one could hope for. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and even has a nice view of the harbor. I would stay here again without a moment's hesitation. They are a lovely couple and are most pleasant and very helpful.

Exactly as described and even better than that! Great home base during our stay in Duluth.

Bill and Pat have one of the best designed, cared for, and well stocked VRBO residences we have stayed in. All our other VRBO rentals are measured against our experience with them! As guests, we can’t ask for more! This trip was unfortunately shortened by the wildfire smoke that blanketed our state. An as Duluth slowly repairs the poor street conditions of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, we were dealing with detours and construction.

We had a lovely stay in Duluth. The house was comfortable, clean, and the hosts were welcoming.

Bill and Pat were amazing hosts. We celebrated our anniversary. They had a welcome sign near the door and even gave us an anniversary card! That was so kind and thoughtful! They were available for any questions we had about touring the area. Beautiful property, clean, well kept, welcoming, great location. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at the lovely Suite Betty for the third time, and as always, we were so pleased! Pat and Bill are wonderful hosts, and their property is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. They even arranged an extra seating area for us on the porch, as they remembered we’ve enjoyed spending mornings there. This is a gem of a place!

Our stay was wonderful! Pat welcomed us personally as we arrived. The place was very clean, welcoming, and cosy. The view from the bedroom at Lake Superior was so beautiful! Bill and Pat were easy to communicate with and even were kind enough to extend our check-out time. If we ever need to book a place here again, we will definitely return to Suite Betty!

My friend and I had a great time during our stay. The space was comfortable and quiet and perfect for pre-marathon prep, and post-marathon recovery.

A wonderful spot for our family to stay for a week. Great kitchen for cooking and preparing food. A wonderful view to wake up to. Thoughtful and attentive hosts who made sure we were welcomed and equipped for our stay. What a blessing to find this spot.

My son and I stayed at Suite Betty for a visit to UMD. The hosts were amazing, and the place was perfect for us! It was private, quiet, incredibly clean, and was stocked with everything we needed. The bedding and towels were so nice- I actually looked at the tag on the sheets to see the brand name because I want to buy some for my house! Would definitely stay here again- In fact, this will be the first place I check for availability the next time we will be traveling to Duluth :)

Overall the property was average. It was in the Lincoln Park neighborhood on a hill which gave us a view of the harbor. There was road construction and the roads in that area were horrible (definitely no fault of the owners!!!) the apartment was very clean and very well stocked with everything that was needed for a home away from home. It may been a mother in laws apartment before a VRBO. We met Pat the owner and she was very nice and readily available. I thought we had a problem with a lamp and Pat and her husband checked on it right away and the problem was solved. For the price not much for amenities.

We had a great weekend stay! We had two friends join us for the weekend, so we used the pull out couch and it was quite comfy. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Our only minor complaint was the sticky sliding door in the bathroom...it was hard to open & close and might need some maintenance and/or a handle to grab on to.

We came to Duluth on a reconnaissance mission of sorts to learn more about the city, culture and people as we're thinking of moving there. We could not have received a warmer welcome than that we received from Bill & Pat, or felt more cared for. Suite Betty had plenty of space, was exceptionally clean, and had absolutely everything we could possibly want or need during our stay. It was clear that a tremendous amount of thought, effort and personal care went into preparing for our stay. The onsite laundry facilities were especially handy, and the view from the bedroom window was fantastic! Waking up to the view of sunrise on the harbor and going to sleep with the sight of the twinkling cityscape was a special treat. Bill & Pat were warm, friendly and eager to help with whatever we needed - including having conversation one evening about Duluth and what it might offer us as a new home. Their generous sharing that evening was one of the highlights of our trip. We came away even more excited about the possibility of relocating to Duluth and plan to return for more visits, and certainly hope to stay in Suite Betty again. It was...well...SWEET! Tracee

We stated here for a couple of days for an in town wedding. We could not be more pleased with this place. We met the hosts who where some of the nicest people you could meet. The accomodations where extremely clean and was very privare. We would stay here again for sure in the future.

I am a repeat visitor to Suite Betty. It’s my favorite VRBO in the Duluth area. The hosts, Bill and Pat, truly go above and beyond to create a comfortable stay for their guests. They are kind and flexible. Suite Betty offers many extra touches including coffee and creamer, detergent for the washer, area recommendations for things to do, extra usb plug-ins in the bedroom, and a sweet treat. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The bed is comfortable. The sunrise view from the bedroom is spectacular. The location is quiet and convenient to restaurants, local attractions and nature areas. Thank you! I’m already looking forward to me next visit.

Suite Betty is a super clean, super cute, perfectly furnished space for a stay in Duluth! It is out-of-the-way and quiet, but close enough to be very convenient. And Bill and Pat are super kind and considerate hosts. I'll definitely check their availability first when needing a place to stay in Duluth!!

Suite Betty was perfect for our long weekend in Duluth. Well located, we walked around the neighborhood and found access to trails. The apartment is high above the city so there are great views of the city and harbor. Close to everything. Very clean! We will stay here again. Thank you, Pat and Bill!

So clean, so beautiful, and a great location!! We traveled with our soon to be 2 year old, and it was super nice having the laundry room act as a perfect bedtime spot for our toddler to be in his pack in play! :)

Everything about the place was 5 star. The only minor problem we had was with the TV and controller. It would be helpful to have a sheet of instructions.

Bill and Pat, Thanks for letting us stay at your place. My wife and I were able to spend a long weekend in Duluth - first time there - and did a lot of hiking. We were able to take in Enger Tower, Canal Park along with a nice drive up north shore. Thanks again. This was our second stay in Suite Betty and in hope it won’t be our last. Bill and Pat do everything right!

Private. Very clean. Great bed. Pleasant areas to sit outside. Hosts helpful. Tipped us off to a free concert at local park. Easy to get to canal park, local breweries and bike trails.

Worked great for a weekend getaway up to Duluth for our family. Lovely property, so many sweet, personalized touches!

We stayed for a second time at Suite Betty and enjoyed our stay just as much. Bill and Pat are outstanding hosts and have a perfect gem that is clean and comfortable.

Lovingly maintained and comfy 1-bedroom. Quiet and the hosts were lovely people. You are staying in a unit attached to their house but have your own parking space and privacy.
