A big studio apartment in a beautiful historic building, great location, separated entrance, Walk to Downtown Business District, 3 minutes walk to Palladium and Mechanic Hall, 5 minutes walk to DCU center, City Hall and Worcester Common. Very close to MCPHS, WPI.
This studio apartment is on the first floor, with a separate entrance from parking lots. There is a queen bed in living area and a separate kitchen and dinning area. Newly installed mini split air conditioner, very cool and quiet. (AC for cooling is available only from June 1st to Oct. 15th. ）
It's at the best location of the downtown, easy access to all city activities and service.

The property did not have a closet to hang up your clothes or an iron for use. Only provided 2 bath towels for the whole week. The water was shut off for a day when they decided to work on another unit (we requested a refund for 1 day, which the owner agreed to do). We were not given instructions on the check-in process until a few hours before the scheduled check-in time. We were so disappointed that we left a day early. The owners were clueless on customer service from either naivete or worse. This place should have never been listed based upon VRBO's property standards.

The walking distance to all the popular venues was just about equal. We had an amazing stay.

This property was exactly as advertised and the owner was attentive and helpful to any needs I had. It is a simple studio, but clean and convenient to downtown and to the UMass Medical Center where I was working for a few weeks. Highly recommend for those needing a short-term stay option. Thank you!
