Stayed Sep 14, 2025This apartment has everything you will need. Well supplied kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds, everything in working order. Had a question & was promptly replied to. Just so you know, TV is only for streaming. Excellent location. I would definitely recommend.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024We only stayed one night, but were impressed by the cleanliness and finish of the condo. Walking distance to downtown. Drive to airport was very manageable. Property manager was super responsive and accommodating of reasonable requests. Would recommend.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024This property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect with easy walking access to downtown. It’s in a locked building so it felt very safe. The host was responsive and eager to assist. Two thumbs up from our group. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024The place is so well organized and clean. It had all the needed items for toiletries and kitchen. They also had a separate area for washing clothes that was shared by other units but was not an inconvenience to us. It was walking distance from downtown anchorage so we did not need a car to get to and from the rail depot as well as to downtown. The only recommendation will be to put batteries in the Brita filter as was not sure whether the filters were valid or not.
