Enjoy an exceptional stay in downtown Denver in my beautiful three-story, three-bedroom townhome-style loft with a private deck. Located at the intersection of the RiNo/Ballpark/Curtis Park/5 Points neighborhoods (a 5-minute walk to all), you'll be located just blocks from tons of downtown bars, restaurants, shops, galleries and attractions. The unit features great architectural details, quality furnishings and original art, a huge rooftop deck and numerous complimentary amenities.

Exposed brick and high ceilings throughout the property make this loft great for socializing and gathering with friends and family. Access the unit through the private ground-level front door or directly from the garage. The unit has a private deck with an outdoor couch and table for guests to utilize during their stay. Work from home, the deck, or one of the many coffee shops walking distance from the property.

Located at the intersection of the RiNo/Ballpark/Curtis Park/5 Points neighborhoods (a 5-7 minute walk to all), you'll be located just blocks from tons of downtown bars, restaurants, shops, galleries, and attractions. Please note, we are closely located to to a number of homeless shelters downtown, so please do not book if you're uncomfortable in an urban setting or traveling with children.

If you have a car, you can take advantage of the attached garage space included with the unit. The property is within a five-minute walk of RiNo / Upper Larimer bars and restaurants and a seven-minute walk of Coors Field. Uber usually picks up within a few minutes. Light Rail and Union Station can also be readily accessed from this area.

Our property is located at the crossroads of the most popular neighborhoods in Denver. We are located 2 blocks off of Larimer which is the hottest strip in town lined with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. Please note, there are a number of shelters located in the immediate area providing services to those down on their luck. If you are uncomfortable with urban settings or traveling with kids, we do not recommend our property or neighborhood. We suggest you reserve a place outside of downtown. Regardless of where you stay, we always encourage our guests to walk in groups and taxi late at night. Happy to answer any questions!

    Very cool space, very clean and up to date... kind of hip. it is walkable to many areas of LODO. My unit was fully furnished multi level with all appliances etc. and even a rooftop deck with a view. I would recommend for a more mature small group stay (guys trip... girls trip) for Denver. You will notice the owner cares much for the property in your communication. There is enough privacy and space to have a great stay but you don't get the feel rowdy sorts are around. The owners entry system (without ever meeting him) was seamless and accurate. The only critique is that there really is not a convenience store or place to get food within a block or two. 3 blocks out there tons more options... I would definitely stay again.

    Great stay! This loft is clean, comfortable and the location is great. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. Coors field is less than 10 min away. The loft is well stocked and the rooftop patio is a great bonus. Garage parking is helpful although we never had a problem finding street parking either.

    We had an enjoyable stay in the Townhouse! The location is in walking distance to Coors Field and LoDo and RiNO sightseeing/shopping. Dillon was very responsive to our maintenance needs/questions. We really appreciated the fact that although it was three levels, the handrails on both sides of all the staircases made living there easy for one in our party with mobility issues!

    Overall a fine experience for 4 men. Couch was neither comfortable fur just sitting to watch TV OR as a bed since no bedding available.Floors on second floor are quite squeaky which is annoying for those trying to sleep. Homeless people made it impossible to keep any doors open. Kitchen was great. Deck was a very nice option. Location to ballpark very nice

    Very unique place with loads of space, pillows, blankies, big kitchen and island. Stayed in the winter so didn't enjoy the upper balcony/deck but it was large and would be an awesome hang out spot as well. The garage side entrance fits a bunch of bags if you have them. The pick-up fit in the garage as well, but there was no wiggle room for the other tenants, so we opted to park on the street, of which there were plenty of spaces. Near many of the coolest bars in the city. 5/5

    The property was perfect! Exactly what was depicted in the listing. I love the industrial style with exposed brick and tall ceilings. Three bedrooms and 2.5 bath was perfect for the five of us. The rooftop patio was a great addition. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Close to local coffee shops, restaurants, and brewery’s.

    Cool old school brick place with great vibe. Pretty close to great food and DT. It has a garage which makes it convenient if you having to leave stuff in your vehicle. Owner was responsive and very accommodating. Would recommend a stay here if your visiting Denver area.

    Wonderful experience with this booking! Dillon was very prompt on responding and very accommodating with our group! We were able to leave our bags with him to make an early to make a baseball game . Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. The place was immaculate!

    The loft had plenty of space for three women to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the access to garage parking. The water pressure in the showers was a bit low and the wood floors a bit creaky and loud, but otherwise a great stay! Dillon was very communicative and helpful.

    Stayed at this property on a trip to do red rocks and watch a show at ball arena. Great restaurants in walking distance or a short Uber/lyft. Owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The listing was exactly as pictured. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

    It’s a very nice property in a neighborhood in transition. Owner had some deferred maintenance issues that he promised to correct for the next guest. Wish’s they had been corrected prior to our arrival.

    We were a party of 4, including our 2 young adult sons. This property was perfect for us to spread out. We especially loved the garage parking and the rooftop deck to come back to after our days out exploring. It had everything we needed and Dillon was an amazing host.     We loved this loft. The balcony was really a great addition in this comfortable and hip place close to the arts district and the city. It was super convenient that there were places to eat and hang in the area. Check in was a breeze and we’d definitely recommend and love to come back.
