Stayed Dec 31, 1969Absolutely loved staying at this property! Everything about it was perfect for our family. The bungalow is newly remodeled and attention to detail met in every way to ensure we had everything we needed. It is super clean and comfortable and felt like home away from home. Location is great too! Walkable to campus and all the fun shops/restaurants on Mill Ave. The host is extremely responsive and friendly and did everything he could to ensure a perfect getaway. We will be staying there every time we are in town to visit our ASU students.

Stayed Dec 10, 2025The home was clean, comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. It was walking distance to ASU and groceries. Troy was great at communicating with quick responses. We would love to come back again next year.

Stayed Nov 11, 2025We had a great stay here!The space was comfortable and well laid out. Basic kitchen for breakfasts and lunches, which was fine since there are so many places to eat out for dinner. The location was great - close to everything but far from the busier main streets.Beds were comfortable, bathrooms great. Wonderful host as well!Note: there was no winery and we have no idea why it showed up in the attributes to be rated. Our host nicely gifted us a bottle of wine, so used that as the basis for the winery five stars!

Stayed May 9, 2025A very cute, updated second floor apartment with great proximity to ASU’s campus! Room for parking and two bathrooms a plus! Many amenities including coffee maker, espresso maker, and some local IPAs to welcome us! Very clean accommodations! Troy was a great host!

Stayed Nov 21, 2023We absolutely loved our stay. The home is like a fancy hotel with beautiful fixtures, furniture and bedding. The kitchen is well equipped and all updated appliances. Also, the location is perfect - just minutes from campus, stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Tempe!
