Location was convenient to walk downtown, to Saturday market or University of Oregon campus. Parking is on the street but we were able to find parking in front of the location or on the next side street. The place was clean and easy to check in. We would definitely stay again.
Perfect location for us to visit old friends and observe all the changes made at the downtown and university as had not been back to Eugene for 20+ years. We did not like the noise from the window air conditioner while sleeping . The apartment has everything you need .
Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable with amenities you wouldn’t expect.
This is a perfect little place to stay near downtown Eugene. Clean, cute, comfortable.
I decided to go stay at a nearby hotel. I didn't feel safe at this location.
I loved this property and would definitely stay again. It has everything you need and was so cute and cozy. Within walking distance of many restaurants and grocery store. Parking was not an issue on the street at all. Just be cautious if walking around the area alone.
Place was clean and comfortable; much better than a hotel! And it is only steps from Vero for breakfast and coffee.
We enjoyed this little studio! It was spacious for a studio and super clean and modern with all the kitchen supplies we needed to cook at “home”. Everything worked well and the saimin noodle place across the street was great! We will certainly be coming back here to visit Eugene again!
Nicely updated, very well stocked with kitchenware., walking distance to many places, quiet neighborhood and clean. I stayed here while visiting my daughter who was a 5 minute walk away. Was just perfect!
Easy in and out and place had everything you need!
We stayed to drop off our daughter at school. The unit is very clean and the perfect size. It is within walking distance to a great coffee place and restaurants. It was a little warm and there was a fan (very loud), so it would be great to have a quieter fan. But, it was a great place for a great price.
Walking distance to brew pubs and downtown. Perfect little place for a weekend
The studio was very clean and looked as if it had just recently been remodeled into a vrbo. Fresh paint, new appliances, some of the kitchen ware still has sticker prices on them. The location is also perfect for walking downtown, to Saturday market, coffee shops and restaurants. Even the University isn't that far. Yes I would recommend this place
