Location, cleanliness, amenities, privacy, communication with owner. everything was great - we will be back!

This was a quaint space with upgrades that was thoughtfully stocked. It was perfect for a multi-day conference haven. The rental is conveniently located next to a charming downtown area, within walking distance of some fun pubs and restaurants.

Excellent location. Downtown can be explored entirely on foot. Small, but tidy. Upstairs lounger and deck were very nice too. Would stay there again

Easy access to town great for parents weekends!

We went for parents weekend and found the property very close to my daughters apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed at a very reasonable price.

This is a great location if you are visiting the university. It's more like a group home atmosphere. The lock on the internal door is like you might have on a bedroom at home. I was not very comfortable with this. I did meet a few college students who live there full time and they were great. The upstairs shared kitchen & roof top patio are really nice. The room is a little odd, as you have to straddle the toilet to put on make up or brush your hair. Overall, I would consider staying again when I visit my child at the university.

Clean, convenient and amenities are perfect for the weekend.

Great location close to downtown area-comfortable room with close parking

Cute little place, it was clean, and well organized. However, there were cobwebs everywhere and spider nests in the bathroom. No room in cupboards with service for 8 ??? but only two towels.

We came to visit Moscow 20 years after my husband left campus. We wanted to stay close to downtown and this was definitely within walking distance! The place was clean and cozy, truly felt like home. Plenty of space for 1 night and 2 people. As a disclaimer we locked ourselves out and had to call a locksmith. The host contacted us back the next day on how to make it right. If you rent and leave, do not use the extra lock that is inside on the front door. :) Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay! The rooftop deck was such a nice bonus as the weather was gorgeous!

Clean and well furnished. Host thought of everything, even supplied a noise machine for possible neighbor noise. Would definitely like to book again!

Very clean, has everything you need. Advertisement was accurate. Bed frame was super loud/creaky; bed wasn’t most comfy. Noise travels in the building but the host provides a noise machine and ear plugs which is nice. Downtown location near the college is convenient.

Maybe carpet or insulate the upstairs units. We were woken up at 5:30 am with alot of footsteps/chairs moving. An outlet in the bathroom or a mirror by an outlet would be nice.

It is one room plus a bathroom, but includes everything needed for my 2 night stay, e.g., frig, cooking, shower. Location is 2 blocks from downtown, close to UI and the mall. It is clean. A good value.

This property was everything advertised and then some. Its a small room, but very clean and decorated very cute. There's a fridge for anything you need to store. Easy to walk just minutes to down town. We took advantage of the upstairs patio and laundry. Such a bonus. Great place. we will be booking again when we visit our son.

So close to campus. The place is spotless and the communication with the owner is awesome. We've stayed twice and managed to get locked out both trips (Totally our fault). They wete so quick to come get us back in..
