Loved it! A visual delight in design, style and detail. The location is a short walk to the downtown square where you can access the walking and biking trails to Crystal Bridges. The host is super responsive and easily accessible. We hope to book there and with this host again!

Beautiful & cozy with cute personal touches. They thought of everything! It’s only a short walk to downtown Bentonville and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Not for anyone who has difficulty with stairs but for everyone else…book it!

It was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Any thing you might need was available in the apartment. Toothbrush, floss pick, detergent the list goes on.

We couldn’t have been more happy with this property!! It was exactly as pictured, maybe even better!! It was extremely clean and so comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings having coffee and the evenings enjoying the breeze. We look forward to coming back!!

Beautifully decorated! Kitchen was enormous and extremely well equipped. The bathroom was large. Loved the washer/dryer. Best of all was the location, easy walking to the square, Compton Garden and a short hike to Crystal Springs. Very, very highly recommend!

Host was very responsive and offered all kinds of restaurant and attraction options. The studio was like a designer home. Very comfortable and central to downtown...in fact during my stay, I didn't use my vehicle once. I walked or biked.

I travel quite a bit and this is hands-down the best short term rental I’ve stayed at! From the moment I booked, the owner was in contact with me to offer assistance and answer literally any question I had. Check in was a breeze and the place was perfect! It felt like I was staying at my cool friend’s place—it’s immaculately yet comfortably decorated, super organized and well stocked without feeling like you’re in a hotel or like you’re intruding on anyone’s personal space. An easy walk to the square with well lit streets, which was huge for a solo traveler. The beds and bedding were so comfortable and there were wonderful touches throughout the space, like lots of great lighting and a nice big closet area where I could sort through my stuff but then slide the door closed and not have to see my suitcase. I was so happy with my stay and will definitely book this next time I’m in town!

Great experience with everything. Communication was excellent and quick. Was equipped and stocked with anything that a person would need for a comfortable stay. Was rideable to town and to the bike trails. Would definitely recommend!

An extremely clean, quiet, inviting, and private location; kitchen was very well equipped; many extra kitchen and bath supplies available if needed; walking distance to town, trails, Heartland Whole Health Institute (check out the art and the Meditation Room), and the Crystal Bridges Museum. Very friendly and welcoming community. Debbie, the host, understands chemical sensitivity health issues and provided free/clear products. Debbie responds immediately when contacted. Rogers is a small town also worth visiting during your stay; ate at the Onyx Coffee Lab and The Rail. In Bentonville, we also enjoyed the Museum of Native American History, The Walmart Museum, The Spark Cafe, Ozark Mountain Bagels, HomeGrown, and the Eleven at the Crystal Museum. We would like to stay at Studio C again to explore more of Bentonville and nearby towns. It was a relaxing stay. Thank you, Debbie.

The property Owner has thought of all the details and anticipated the needs you might have during a stay. Warm and Welcoming is balanced with Modern Home appeal. Located just a few blocks from a highly walkable and bike able mixed-use community hub while still being a private location.

This was our second stay at Debbie’s place. It is a wonderful place with all you need. The decor is spectacular and the attention to detail is incredible. Location is a short walk to downtown but the neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

So impressed with this place and the host! Easy check in and check out instructions. Such a great stay in such a great location. My son and I went for a long weekend to go bike riding and it was so conveniently located. Love the separate entrance and it was the most well stocked place i’ve ever stayed.

I really cannot overstate my delight in this property! From the moment we booked, the owner was responsive and welcoming. We were able to store our bikes in the garage downstairs. The unit was just the right amount of space with comfy beds, abundant quality linens, a well-appointed kitchen. They really thought of everything! We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony under the trees with coffee & cocktails. The studio was drenched in light, plants, art, and books. The location was terrific! We walked to restaurants downtown and biked to Coler and Slaughter Pen. We will definately stay here again!

Very clean and quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. This place was immaculately decorated, and I can’t imagine a place being better stocked. Owner was extremely hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. Look forward to staying here again someday.

My wife and I stayed for three nights for a mini biking vacation. The location is fantastic, 1/2 mile from Slaughter Pen, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The unit is well decorated, modern, and very clean. Unlike most rentals, the dishes are actually new! Having a garage to store bicycles was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this property. Location great - nice neighborhood and walkable to a lot of things to do and see. The apartment was beautiful…very well decorated, and the kitchen was amazing. Never been to Arkansas, but would definitely return and would love to stay here again!

What a perfect setup. In-Law suite in a quiet but modernized neighborhood. Everything was brand new and setup was perfect. Walking distance to downtown and close to the trails. Perfect spot for a getaway.

You know it’s wonderful when you’re already planning when you can come stay again before you’ve even left! We travel a lot, and this is my absolute favorite place we’ve ever stayed. How in the world did our hostess think of EVERYTHING we could possibly want/need? And the cleanliness was superb!! So cute!!!

The lovely Studio C nestled in a quiet neighborhood is a short walk to downtown Bentonville offering dining & shopping. The modern decor/art collection makes a relaxing & enjoyable setting!

Traveling solo for work, I had 1 day of business in downtown Bentonville and the place was perfect for that. No rental car needed, cozy place to crash at the end of the day. A comfortably designed ADU over a garage. Would stay again.

Amazing location just a short walk from town. A very clean, quiet cozy and bright apartment above the garage (garage access was a huge plus for bike storage) and beautifully furnished.

This property is an excellent choice to enjoy the downtown Bentonville area, is exceptionally clean and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. We were in town for a family wedding so having a comfortable place to relax, get ready and close to everything was extremely important - Casa Kincannon did not disappoint. Beds were comfortable, kitchen has everything you need and the house is pristine clean. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a great place to stay in the area.

Perfect location for us! A short walk to Bentonville Square and activities. My sister and I enjoyed the comfortable and well designed property. I actually could have spent a couple more days reading/perusing all the interesting books and just enjoying being in the space! Grateful for all the practical amenities and the extra thought that went into making it feel like home:)

My wife and I had a fantastic stay! The loft is in a great location/neighborhood - easy walking distance to restaurants and the town square. It was a short bike ride to Compton Gardens and Crystal Bridges. My wife commented about the thoughtfulness of accommodations - the loft had everything we needed. Great stay!
