Downtown Studio at The Lake -Unit 4

It met our needs well for a nice place to stay for 3 days. Our main complaint is that we are elderly and climbing the steps to the apartment was challenging, especially with our luggage. An elevator would have been very welcome!

Nicely done and up to date Only Complaint was that the shower head was too close to the wall and you had to huddle right under it.

Great location for a visit as you can walk to eateries and Park and Beach area. Free Parking on the street was available and I preferred over the reserved parking spot. The studio is well equipped; and comfortable. Was a little noisier(street side) at first but we seemed to adjust by second day. Stairs up to the Studio are steep if that is an issue as coming IN and Out is necessary. If you use the railing going down the stairs and are TALL, watch out for the door closing lever assembly on the top of the door, at the bottom of the stairs..as it will catch your head. The AC worked well. Be sure to remember your personal Streaming password if you want to engage the T.V.. Overall we really enjoyed our short visit to the area. Glad to see things improving in Conneaut Lake Area. Fun Visit for the two of us and this was a right-sized abode for our stay.

Great place, highly recommend

Excellent location; parked the car and never moved it. The room could benefit from room darkening blinds, especially during the Christmas season with the giant glowing snowflake just outside the windows. The stairs were a challenge for two seniors, but for younger people will probably not pose a problem. Otherwise the room was exactly as shown in the photos and was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We found it very comfortable.

The area was lovely, and the apartment was perfect!

We are still new to Pennsylvania and this was our first visit to Conneaut Lake. The property location sits centrally in this small town above locals owned small shops and steps away from a brewery, restaurants and a short distance to a winery and a golf course. The studio is exceptionally clean and comfortable and while it is street side the town closes down around 10:00PM leaving it easy to sleep all night. Thanks to our hosts for keeping this VRBO a pleasant weekend stay!

The studio was exactly as pictured. Very clean and up to date. All of the details and extra touches really made this property special. Located right in the middle of downtown Conneaut Lake. The lake is right behind the building. Nice brewery across the street and wonderful diner below. The only downside is the street is very busy/loud if you like to sleep in some. The host had provided ear plugs which was a great touch. Would love to stay at their other properties in the building with the lake view. Overall 10/10

Location on the lake is perfect. Space and amenitoes are on point for 1 or 2 people! Come here once each summer, and I'll keep coming back!

This was the perfect place for us. Clean, roomy, had everything we needed. Close to amenities. We are repeat renters and would stay again.

Updated condo exceptionally clean. Communication was 100% Definitely will recommend this to others.

Overall our stay here was wonderful. We were in town for a wedding in a nearby city and loved that we could wake up, grab coffee from the coffee shop below, walk across the street for brunch at the brewery, and walk the gorgeous lake. The condo is on a busy-ish so after traveling all night and getting in at 2am it was a little shocking to hear loud music and car breaks before 7am but that is to no fault of the owners.
