Crescent City, California
Located in the heart of downtown Crescent City, 3 blocks away from the beach, walking distance to the public swimming pool, breweries, and restaurants. This upstairs flat has amazing views of the redwoods and downtown Crescent City. 15 minute drive to the Jedediah Smith River.
Very clean property. Nice amenities. 2 futons weren't very comfortable while relaxing but fine for sleeping.
We enjoyed our stay here. The flat is upstairs in a secure building with a nice view of the city and the ocean (when the fog isn't in). Centrally located with shopping near by. Lots of windows to let the light in and enjoy the view. There were three adults and two teens and it had room for everyone. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very pleasant weekend.
Cute apartment with room for our family of 6; it was great to have a full sized kitchen with room to prepare food. Access was a little complicated but very secure (behind 3 locked doors) and felt very private - we never saw another person in the building. One negative - there is no way to block the light from the streetlights outside, so if you are a person that needs it dark to sleep, you'll want to bring a sleeping mask!
We loved the location of this property. We were walking distance to the water, food, coffee, and the grocery store. The space was clean and the beds were comfortable. The central air conditioning was so appreciated after walking around town all day.
Enjoyed the property and location.
This little place is absolutely amazing. It could sleep 6, very clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable, air conditioning and furnace working, they have a Keurig and a 4 cup drip coffee maker. We stayed a week and walked every day to the beach, drove about 20 miles to Stouts Grove to see giant Redwoods, maybe 40 miles to Trees of Mystery. If anything could be improved it might be the 2 futon couches in the living room were not very comfortable to sit on to watch TV. But this place is amazing.
Great place. Great location. Cute decor, simple and roomy. Nice TV. Lots of light and it’s above an office so no other tenants and was very quiet. It is across the parking lot from the fire station but there were no emergencies while we were there. If you are a coffee drinker be aware that it is a small 4 cup drip machine. While we were there the heat and air conditioner were not functioning however they had two plug in heaters available. And I didn’t notice on the listing that there is not a dish washer but they have dish soap, bleach and a drying rack available. Those are just information if you are looking at this property. We loved our stay, our kids loved it. And I would for sure stay here again. Close to the aquarium, beaches, Redwoods. And right next door to the Del Norte Historical Society museum. Super cool.
This property is clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.
We LOVED our stay here, it was clean, bright, you could see and smell the ocean from the kitchen. We could walk downtown & to the ocean. We walked down to have dinner at SeaQuake which never fails to provide a good meal (been there many times), plus it was surprisingly quiet downtown on a long weekend which was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again!
