Stayed Sep 8, 2025Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to this area of Dallas. Was in town for a conference and standard hotel rooms were 4x the cost while I enjoyed an entire condo to myself. The place felt like home and the owner was incredibly hospitable leading up to and throughout my stay. Response times for any questions were almost immediate and anything I needed was attended to right away. I will be staying here every year forward when I come to town for this same conference.

Stayed Feb 16, 2026The apartment style was so neat! Very comfy and great view. Close to everything downtown and easy commute. Huge bonus is the free valet parking—they are great at grabbing your vehicle quickly when you go down to leave—and it’s 24/7. Host is quick to respond

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Overall it was a nice stay. Inside was just as described. Good instructions on how to get inside. Checkout instructions were not sent until 10 min before we were expected to get out so that was a rush to get out but overall it was a nice stay. Plenty of beds and large kitchen area. Downtown Dallas can be a little sketchy but I felt safe once inside the room.

Stayed May 23, 2025We stayed here for Dreamhack and the apartment was great. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very easy walk to the convention center and we would happily stay here again when we come back for anything at the convention center.

We were able to cook, it had all the necessary tools, utensils and appliances. Overall an amazing experience, would absolutely come back! Thanks!

Stayed Mar 7, 2025This place is very nice inside the unit, well maintained, and cute decor. We really appreciated the valet parking option. The location is not the best due to the extreme homeless population. No fault of the owner but the city really should do something about such a terrible problem.

Stayed Mar 2, 2025Overall if you need a bed it’s ok. Building could use better cleaning supplies. Apartment was clean, but needs updating & upgrades not really a Penthouse quality, but ok if you just need a place with quick access to the Convention Center it will do the job.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Definitely plan on coming back if ever back in area. It's close to so much and you can pretty much walk everywhere. Love all the history. Building was clean. I liked the security of it all. Apartment was amazing. Plenty of room for all. Even with 1 bathroom there was enough get ready space.
