The Watkins Block, located from 108-114 Second Avenue (formerly named Market Street), was built in 1875 by brickmaker Samuel Watkins, a prominent builder in Nashville, as part of a historical row of buildings that housed warehouses and retail storefronts. Today, Nashville Riverfront Lofts is located in The Daniel that was formerly known as Market Street Emporium. This historical significance and context adds a unique charm to our units, blending the rich heritage of the past with contemporary Music City living.
Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing the nearest public parking garage located at 2nd Avenue (and 3rd - sister sites) and Commerce Street, situated less than a block from Nashville Riverfront Lofts.
Additionally, for transportation needs, we suggest considering ride-sharing services such as Uber or Lyft. These options provide a convenient and efficient way to navigate the area and enjoy your time in Nashville.
This place is amazing. Great room and great location. My booking experience was great and she was prompt on helping with all my questions!!
This unit is located right where you want to be. Step out the door and your right into fun. There are plenty of security doors leading to the unit to maintain safety. The room was neat and clean. Plenty of towels in the room with extras in the hallway. The bed was comfortable with a pillow top. The pillows were big and soft. There was a huge pull out couch. I was told it was very comfortable. Only two negatives. First, the water supply in the shower trickled to a stop 2 of the 3 times I used it. The water came back to full pressure about five minutes later. Our friends who stayed in an adjoining unit had similar problems. Then, the coffee maker looked like it need a good cleaning. Not to worry though, there is a coffee shop across the street. We landed at 7am and could not enter the unit until 3pm. There is no luggage storage. There was no need to lug our bags around the bars. We used the recommended luggage storage company. We met a truck a block away, and gave them our luggage. Then scheduled a drop off time of 2:30 to return the luggage. They were prompt and courteous. We were able to hit the town running. This was a great service. I will definitely use it again. All in all, I would plan on staying at this unit again.
This was a great property. Literally around the corner from Broadway. Walk to everything. Very secure and so quiet even 2 feet from all the bars of Broadway. Great place. Great time.
Very clean, spacious and everything you need for your stay! Did I mention the location is absolutely perfect steps from Honky Tonks and restaurants and Broadway the best street in Nashville for Music, Great Food and Fun!! Will definitely stay here again!
Location is the best part of this property. Steps from all the resturaunts, bars, and stores you could ever want to visit on, and around, Broadway. Room was essentially an oversized, well-appointed hotel room. It was very clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable. One note is a lack of any windows to the outside. Great for that cave like feel while sleeping. Would certainly stay here again.
Great location, roomy place, love 2 full bathrooms, close to action, easy walking to many things, beautiful view of the river...
This was our first trip to Nashville with our 2 children 14 & 11. When we pulled up to the lofts, I was shocked that it was right in the middle of everything! Then I became a bit worried that there may be a noise problem, but NOT AT ALL!! This loft is very sound proof and secure. Access to it is very simple, no need to carry around a key - just a simple access code works to enter the unit your entire stay. The view was amazing - overlooking the river and Nissan Stadium ( Home of the Tennessee Titans!) I would definitely recommend staying here, even for the price- you can't beat it with all of the amenities, location and comfortable space that you get in a rental!
My wife and I made our first visit together to Nashville, to go see Loverboy in concert at the Ryman! She gave me the job of finding the lodging for the long weekend, and did I find a huge winner! If you like convenience, and being in the middle of all the action, this unit is the place to be! It is a very large open space, and the tall windows make it feel even bigger than it is? Very nicely decorated, and very well stocked for anything, and everything you need. It was very nice to be able to step out the door, and have all the restaurants, clubs, and attractions right there within a short walking distance. We were a little concerned about it might be noisy, being that close to everything, but it was just the opposite? We weren’t bothered by any sounds from outside, even with the Titans playing across the river. Only issue we had, was with the Wi-Fi, one of the days we were there. It turned out to be a construction related outage, and it was back on pretty quickly! Brittainy was a great host, and very easy to work with! We will stay there again...just need to make an excuse to go???
Great architecture, and was right in the center of everything.
Will rent this property again!
