Stayed Oct 5, 2024Our unit was very clean. A little dated and rustic, but good location to downtown and other must visit sites. Location and price was a big factor.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024It was small, quiet and clean. It was close to downtown but not walking close. One thing I didn't like is was the ROKU. It had connection issues and was more trouble then it was worth.

Stayed May 9, 2022Great size for a single or couple visit, easy walking distance to downtown, on site parking, nice features, quiet neighborhood regarding traffic and people. There is some minor noise from the nearby railway tracks (main BNSF rail line with ~100 freight trains per day) but not enough to disturb sleep as they rarely use their horns. Great hiking and park visits within easy driving (incl Sedona area).

Stayed Feb 22, 2020We decided on a Friday night to see about a reservation in Flagstaff on Saturday since snow was expected and found this! Nothing fancy, but everything was clean, the bed was comfy, the neighbors were friendly and it was a 10 minute walk to downtown. We would definitely stay again =)
