Stayed Aug 18, 2024This is our favorite place to stay when we are in the area. We have stayed here three times already. We love being able to walk to the shops and area is so peaceful. The property is so well maintained. We have stayed in the loft and the downstairs area too. We definitely recommend this beautiful home!

Stayed Sep 1, 2023I definitely fell in love with this property. It was perfect for us and our little Shih Tzu. The parking was nice. It nice to sit on the deck in the morning and drink coffee and drink wine in the evening on the deck.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Loved my stay! Very comfortable quiet space. The first night there was a raucous family in the hot tub and they drained all the water but the next morning the management company was out and cleaned it and filled it! Very responsive!

Stayed Apr 24, 2025This loft was perfect for our 3 night stay. It is a lovely location walkable to all downtown Arcata things and was also just a nice place to hang out. The jacuzzi, sauna and bikes are wonderful extras.

Stayed Apr 18, 2025This place is a gem. We loved how close it was to everything in town. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was convenient. The building seemed to be a little bit at a slant and felt a little dizzying once in awhile, but otherwise was great! We loved it and would absolutely stay there again.

Stayed Mar 30, 2025This was the perfect way to spend my birthday week. Was able to walk to the Arcata Playhouse and Minor Theatre to see shows. Shopping at the Coop a very short jaunt. Even the massage I treated myself to at the Arcata Lomi Massage and facial at Soul to Soul were walking distance. Not to mention great restaurants within walking distance. It was great to not have to drive everywhere.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024We enjoyed our stay at the downtown loft. The location was great and we were comfortable in the very clean rental. It was great to have our dog with us and she enjoyed playing with other guest’s dogs in the yard while we were there. The only issue we had was with the listing description of “full sized kitchen”. For example, there is an oven but there are no pans to use in the oven.
