Downtown King Apartment w/ King Bed

Our host were outstanding! The property had everything you need. Location was within walking distance to shops, food and of course the silos. Would definitely stay here again!

Adorable and tastefully decorated. Convenient downtown location. We loved the comfortable king sized bed and the homey feel. The price was comparable to a hotel stay but the accommodation was so much better than a hotel!

The apartment was clean and great for cooking and hanging out with my daughter. The price was comparable to a hotel.The host was great with supplying basic necessities that made it comfortable. I appreciated the gated parking and code entry to building and room. Con: location has many vagrant people outside of apartment complex, tenants would prop open coded door entrance especially in the evening and some tenants left trash next to building instead of using the dumpster.. There is some noise from the street and train, but I brought a fan to block the noise at night.

We visit Waco from OKC at least once a year. We have stayed at hotels but nothing compares to the home-y feel of staying at this location. We literally feel like locals staying in a cozy apartment! The location is great: easily accessible, centrally located and in what feels like a quiet and safe area of town. We will be back and will definitely be using you guys in the future! Thank you for such amazing hospitality!

Just stayed for 1 night on our way home. And wanted to visit Magnolia. Nice town & area, would have like to stay longer maybe next time. Very clean well kept property. Wish there was an elevator but I know there wasn’t one when i booked, u forget how heavy luggage is when u are on the 3rd floor LOL. One issue very very minor. Remote needed new battery u had to sit right in front of the box to get it to work for streaming. And need new fitted sheet on the bed it would come off in the night due to elastic wearing out. Like I said very minor.

Clean, stylish apartment in great location. Helpful and friendly communication from hosts. Super satisfied. Zero complaints.

We had such a wonderful weekend and Waco. The apartment was so nice and very comfortable with everything we needed. close to the silos and shopping and restaurants. We were able to get the Schuyler to go to Baylor fame. Our host was so communicative and explaining things from the beginning to the end and anything in between that we had questions about. I will definitely stay again.

The apartment was in a great location near downtown. Easy to access. Clean with a comfortable bed and nice kitchen and bathroom. Perfect form stay while I was working in town.

The property was just as described / depicted in the listing. The owners were quick to communicate when I was having technical difficulties, check-in was easy. Not too far from Magnolia. Wish I had the time to explore the shops a little more and stay an extra night. Only thing was at night there were a few loud cars going by the building. Nothing that impacted my experience. Thank you!
