Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place, though away from the noise of the bars.

The bedroom has a king bed and there is a pull out couch for additional guests/kids.

Luxury executive furnished suites right in the heart of downtown Halifax. The Mary Ann building is located across from the amazing central library in the highly sought after Spring Garden neighbourhood. The building is above the NSLC Port of Wines as well as the popular restaurant Garden Food Bar, and Spin Co., yoga studios, and fitness classes are all within a block away. A 5-minute walk takes you to Halifax’s popular waterfront boardwalk or the restaurants and pubs on Argyle Street! This is the best apartment to enjoy Halifax’s magical days ahead.

We value our guests and their comfort during their stay with us. We try to think of everything from a blender, to board games and bandaids (just in case). However, if you have any special requests, please reach out. We are always looking to improve our amenities.

We understand that many people may have a reaction to scented products. The hand soap and dish soap we have in the units are from The Unscented Company (Canadian). We do typically use scented laundry products for the purposes of the guest experience, but we do offer unscented laundry products for your stay on request.

A few things that we do offer on request:

A $250 pre-authorization will be placed on the credit card on file in case of damages.

Please remove your shoes when inside the apartment.

Please clean your dishes and empty the fridge before checkout.

Please do not leave lights on when leaving the unit during your stay and when checking out.

No Pets are permitted on the property. Pets will lead to a $250 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund.

This is a family friendly unit in a residential building. No partying or gathering more than 6 people are allowed.

Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice.

There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping.

Garbage needs to be sorted into cans/plastic recycling, paper, green bin (compost) and garbage.

Any guest that misuses the property, such as but not limited to: hosting a party, using the property for prostitution services, causing damage to the property and/or disturbing other residents will be charged a $500 fine, plus any applicable cleaning fees and/or costs to repair or replace any damaged property or of any cancelled bookings.

    The building and the condo unit is very nice and secure. Having the parking space is a nice amenity. The location is perfect to walk to the waterfront, and to all the attractions and eateries in the area. I would definitely stay there again.

    Property was very clean, central to downtown Halifax. Landlord addressed hide-a-bed discomfort as was inexpensive model, by providing extra duvets when requested. Apartment and kitchen was spacious, modern, clean. Master bedroom bed large and comfortable. Had to turn off breaker to oil pump at night as it ran constantly and was noisy. On recommendation of property manager. All was quiet after, building was quiet.Only suggestion is to update how TV cable is streamed, as could not watch. TV would not stream even simple viewing like news?Would recommend this apartment for your stay.

    Apt. was spotless, bed, wifi, tv (netflix, etc.) were all great. Cooking/dining supplies were adequate, great ground coffee provided, and dishwasher, washer, dryer were wonderful. Location is excellent for walks to market, shops, restaurants, and the museums and shop activity along the waterfront. It's slightly hilly for the 15 minute walk to the water. Driving and parking can be a challenge in the area due to limited street parking, narrow 1-way streets, limited street signage in places, and lots of pedestrians. The apt. did include a downstairs garage parking pass which was a necessity. Le Bistro by Liz, a french restaurant just 3 blocks away was a highlight, as was the wine shop on the apt. ground floor. Check-in was a bit awkward having to temporarily use a no parking zone on the street to enter the lobby, find the screen (immediately to the right inside of the front door) to call for entry to the elevator. Gaining entry to the apt. requires tapping in a code on the door pad which is very faint to see the numbers. Having a light from my phone helped alot. Getting the parking swipe card and key fob for operating doors to elevators was fine. It takes a bit of back and forth upon arrival, and replacing them on exit at the end of stay. Occasional conversation could be heard in the hall, but overall it was a quiet building. A good experience overall.

    This place checked all the boxes for us: a comfortable king-size bed, good reading light, nice furniture, plenty of space to spread out, no clutter, a nice dining table, great tub/shower, etc. Underground parking was great to have. We ditched the car for a few days and walked everywhere. It's a fantastic location for seeing the sites of Halifax. It's an easy walk to the wharf area and many restaurants and a nice grocery store. It's near Dalhousie University, but we didn't hear any noise at night (something I wondered about). The apartment is also on the same level as an interior courtyard but we saw no one out there and again, no noise at all. Jeremy was great and all logistics went smoothly.

    We stayed for 3 nights while dropping our daughter off at Dalhousie. Great location between Dalhousie and downtown. Unit very clean and as advertised. We had a very comfortable stay and would stay again while in Halifax.

    The property is extremely well managed, comfortable, very clean and fully equipped. The designated parking space in the underground garage is an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a location in the centre of Halifax.

    This property location is wonderful. Just a 15 minute walk down the hill to the boardwalk. Lots of yummy restaurants within a block or two. Loved our stay. Excellent host. Modern and clean property. Ideal location for us. Highly recommended!

    We were looking for a unit that was in the center of things. With parking. We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go with ease. Close to board walk/Citadel/shopping and restaurants. Wine store next door and grocery nearby. Would gladly stay there again.
