The Space
Welcome to Pine Street Flats! Located in the Gulch, this small studio is perfect for a jam-packed weekend hanging out Downtown! Modern, open floor plan with high ceilings, walk-in closets and amenities like a full gym and saltwater poo! The unit has a comfortable queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a futon couch for additional sleeping (cots available for rental fee).

You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay, as well as the apartment complex gym, club room, & pool!

Our company is called UrbanNashville Vacation Rentals. We're a small and local business that strives to make your trip to Nashville great. We let our guests have their space but if needed, will be around to help. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you.

Other Things to Note
Please note: We are not responsible for pool rules set by the community. The community only allows 3 guests per apartment.

→ No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-night minimum on the weekends. Minimum night stays may fluctuate with certain events and holidays.
→ Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential section of the garage for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public section of the garage which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in -and-out privileges means if you leave the parking garage and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. In wither retail or residential, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app
→ We are located on the 2nd floor of our building and are accessible via a full flight of stairs or a handy elevator. :)
→ If this unit isn't available, we have other Pine Street Flats!
→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate of other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
→ There are a dishwasher and ice maker. Laundry is in the unit. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.
→ This unit overlooks train tracks! The train comes and goes throughout the day. Some guests have mentioned the noise, others do not notice it at all!
→ Our team is around 24/7 for any emergency that may arise.

RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! One is located just two blocks from the lofts at the corner of 11th & Pine St.

    We had an excellent experience during our stay in Nashville. The condo was clean, quiet (even with the train tracks), and exactly as described—a perfect grown-ups-only getaway. We especially loved having a washer and dryer right in the unit, plus access to the pool, community room with a pool table, and other great amenities.The location was fantastic, with several restaurants within walking distance and easy Uber access to everywhere else we wanted to go. Parking was convenient and available for an additional minimal fee, which made things very easy.Management was readily available and very responsive whenever we had questions. Everything was smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

    Great property in a super cool area. Extremely clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and more. Wonderful communication with the property managers. Convenient location to restaurants, shops and Broadway. Lobby area and pool space also looked amazing. The suite looks out onto train tracks but they honestly were not too loud. Could hear the upstairs neighbor a few times but overall we thought the property was excellent. Would stay here again.

    Great place to stay for a weekend in Nashville. I have nothing negative to say. We would definitely stay here again! Great location, walking distance to everything in the Gulch. Quiet building and condo. Easy check in process and quick response from the property management when u reached out.

    The property is well located in the Gulch area of Nashville. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area. It was only about a 20 minute walk to the honky tonk area on Broadway and to the Country Music Hall of Fame.The property was as advertised except that the balcony is actually a “Juliet” one that you cannot stand on. The parking situation is a little confusing

    The property was very clean and comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The gym in the lobby was perfect as it had enough weights for me to lift as well as spin bikes and treads. I will absolutely book advance

    This location was exactly what we needed for our first trip to Nashville. It was close enough to everything that we could walk but also used Uber with no issues. The apartment had everything we needed and we’d definitley stay here again!
