Downtown Guest Suite on Saint Clair

Small town feel at a great value. We have stayed in Lexington and Louisville in the past but we always come back to this guest suite since its walking distance to the local restaurants, bars and coffee places. Being able to park next to the guest suite with all of our luggage is a plus also. Our hosts are nearby so if there are any issues, they have always responded very quickly.

We had a fantastic stay on St.Clair in Frankfort! The room was clean and comfortable, but most importantly location, location, location! 5 minute drive to Buffalo Trace, 15ish minutes drive to Castle and Key. We took the “trolley tour” of the historic downtown and really enjoyed being in walking distance of many restaurants Serafini’s for a nice dinner, Goodwood Brewery, The Brown Barrel, Sig Lurschers, and our favorite was Bourbon on Main. We couldn’t of picked a better place to stay on our little getaway!

Such an immaculately kept 1 BR flat down by the river, steps away from the courthouse and walkable to so much of downtown Frankfort. We’ll be back!

Nice place and location Googled location from map and it took us to a different location. I guess there are other properties. Slight inconvenience but true location was just down the street

This guest suite was the perfect spot to stay in. The downtown area of Frankfort was so quaint and easy to walk around in. Plenty of little spots to eat and drink. We will be back for sure!

Despite the weather, we really like this location which is centrally located to restaurants, bourbon tours, horse farms and Keeneland. The beds are comfy and the high speed WiFi worked.

This was a great place. Easy access to local restaurants. We rented a car and it was an easy drive from this location to many distillery.

This was a two-night stay while on the Bourbon Trail. It was a clean, comfortable stay for the weekend.

The place was wonderful . We were able to walk to any of the bars or restaurants we wanted to the place was small but clean worth staying at if planning to stay in Frankfort. only downfall was it took a very long time for the hot water to get to the shower or sink

Excellent location. Walking distance to food & bars. Easy drive to distilleries. Besides parking on street (only on weekends & 2 hr limit Mon-Fri from 8-5), host had designated parking spots in parking garage that is 1/2 block away.

Great location on St. Clair in downtown Frankfort. Nice bourbon bar/cocktail lounge across the street and ice cream shop next door. Walk up the next block and there are multiple restaurants, shops and bars in historic buildings, and at the end of the block is the old state capitol. Nice spot to end the day after exploring the bourbon trail.

Excellent communication with the property owner, very responsive to all inquiries. Location is excellent, walking distance to restaurants and a great brewery nearby. This place was absolutely spotless when we checked in. Our main purpose was Buffalo Trace and it is a very short drive from here. Great central location to visit other places as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. The location was great; the unit was clean; and it was very easy to communicate with the hosts. We enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

Quaint and nice room that provided everything we needed! Great location - a very nice Bourbon Bar across the street and an ice cream shop two doors down.

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed everything about our stay. The room was clean and had plenty of everything we needed (like towels and dishes). It was located near plenty of options for food and drink whether we wanted to walk or drive a short distance. If you're visiting for the bourbon trail, there are plenty of distilleries between 5 and 30 minutes away. We visited 6 during our stay. The hosts were very accommodating and answered all our questions quickly.

Another great time. I believe this is our 3rd or 4th stay at your St Claire properties. Every stay had been great. Good food in walking distance. Ice cream shop next door! Bourbon bar across the street. Fantastic! Easy in and out. Info for check-in is sent by email so no hassles getting in to the unit. Just a nice comfy place to base out of for hitting all of the attractions from. Highly recommend! Dave

The condo is within walking distance to restaurants and bars. It was clean, comfortable and well provisioned. Definitely recommend!

One night. Memorial Day weekend so not much open downtown but we LOVED walking the historical downtown. The condo was excellent, comfy and clean. Just what we needed. thanks

Very clean and appears to be a newly renovated property. Excellent downtown location. One thing to note is that the entrance is right on the street. While we felt safe and it wasn’t at all noisy, a single female may be uncomfortable.
