Before booking, please note:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (minimum fee of €250 if there is evidence such as smell, ashes, cigarette butts).

Online registration: guest details must be registered independently through our own platform before arrival

Check-in: in-person, our team will be on site with 30-minute prior notice. Arrivals after 8 PM are subject to extra cost.

Access: After the apartment is ready and online registration is correctly completed.

Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct on the reservation. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the indicated number may result in additional fees or refusal of stay.

Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of €90 for water and electricity applies; extra will be charged. Initial and final readings will be recorded.

Apartment access with elevator (we are not responsible for elevator malfunctions). There are stairs to the elevator.

Zero tolerance for noise in the apartment. We have very sensitive neighbours and a decibel meter with automatic notifications

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I had to contact VRBO customer service 3 times due to lack of the host responding to my emails and inquiries. They knew before we arrived that refrigerator didn’t work. Multiple times maintenance was supposed to come out and didn’t. We could not buy eggs, etc., to cook breakfast to save money. We also couldn’t keep our leftovers from our dinners since we couldn’t refrigerate them. It was finally replaced the day before we were due to leave. I requested a partial refund since we were spending more money on meals since we didn’t have a refrigerator and got no response to my multiple requests about this. They didn’t even address the issue of a partial refund. Two of the showers flooded the bathroom floor, slow drain in master bathroom (had to shower fast), multiple puck lights strobing/flashing because they needed to be replaced, Sofa & pillows stained, couch pillows also smelled. Great view through ONLY one of the living room windows because the other mechanical shade did not work. One bedroom did not have lamps and ceiling light did not work, so that bedroom was almost completely dark as soon as the sun went down. No response to request for how to turn heat on. No instructions for TV’s & remotes. Delayed response on where to take garbage (apartment had one small kitchen garbage pail with one small extra garbage bags). We used the bags from our purchases as garbage bags. Hallway light outside master bedroom didn’t work. RUINED OUR TRIP!!!!!!
