All VRBozeman properties are conveniently located just a block away from Main Street Bozeman making getting around very easy. If you do not have a car during your visit, it is convenient to utilize Uber/Lyft. If you are looking for speedier way around town there are Bird scooters for public use. Downtown Bozeman is very walkable so if you are looking to stay around Main Street walking around can be the best way to make sure you don’t miss a thing!

**Important Information**

V1 at Vintage House is a private, main-floor suite designed for comfort and convenience. This thoughtfully curated space features two bedrooms, one bathroom, an efficiency kitchen, and a private entrance with contactless coded entry for seamless access.

Guests staying in V1 have access to the main-floor unit, a private outdoor patio, and one off-street parking space conveniently located in the private parking lot.

Please note that V2, the upper-level suite, is not included in this listing. If you’re interested in reserving the entire Vintage House (both V1 & V2), please check availability under the `Vintage House` listing.

The exterior grounds are monitored by a security camera system, ensuring a safe and private stay.

Video Cameras and Noise Monitoring
Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors, (they do NOT record any conversations, just decibel levels). We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment.These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors.

We take your privacy and security seriously, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable during your stay with us. If you have any concerns or questions about our security measures, please do not hesitate to contact us. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and have a memorable experience.

When booking our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Full Refund
A guest is eligible for a full refund of accommodation fees and applicable taxes if the cancellation is completed within forty-eight (48) hours of booking AND at least fourteen (14) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time.
2. Partial Refund
If the above conditions are not met, but the cancellation is completed at least seven (7) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time, the guest will receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of accommodation fees and applicable taxes.
3. No Refund
Cancellations made less than seven (7) full days prior to the scheduled check-in time, early departures, or unused nights after check-in are non-refundable.
4. Merchant of Record – Payment Processing Fees
For all reservations where we are the merchant of record, all refunds are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee equal to four percent (4%) of the total transaction amount, regardless of the timing or reason for cancellation. This fee reflects third-party payment processing costs incurred at the time of booking and is retained on all cancellations, including those that otherwise qualify for a full or partial refund under this policy.
5. Third-Party Platform Fees
When a reservation is processed through a third-party booking platform, platform service fees and any other non-accommodation charges are governed by that platform’s policies and are not controlled or refunded by us.

Extenuating Circumstances Policy:
When this Policy allows for cancellation, it controls and takes precedence over the reservation’s cancellation policy. Guests that are impacted by an event covered by this Policy can cancel their reservation and receive, depending on the circumstances, a cash refund or credit can be given. If the Host is impacted by an event covered by this Policy they can cancel without adverse consequences, but, depending on the circumstances, their calendars may be blocked for the dates of the cancelled reservation.

What events are covered:
This Policy uses the term “Event” to refer to the following situations that occur after booking, are unforeseen at the time of booking, and prevent or legally prohibit completion of the reservation.

Changes to government travel requirements. Unexpected changes to visa or passport requirements imposed by a governmental agency that prevent travel to the destination. This doesn’t include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest’s authorization to travel.

Declared emergencies and epidemics. Government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic or commonly associated with an area—for example, malaria in Thailand or dengue fever in Hawaii.

Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit traveling to, staying at, or returning from the Listing location. This does not include non-binding travel advisories and similar government guidance.

Military actions and other hostilities. Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest.

Natural disasters.

    Vintage House 1 was very clean, cute and decorated nicely. It fit our family of four for the weekend perfectly and the close proximity to Main Street was a bonus! The only issue for us was that it is very close to the building next to it and we felt the front door’s windows could have been frosted. Other than that we would absolutely book this house again if they would have us!

    This place is perfect for a trip to Bozeman. It’s 2 blocks off the Main Street where all the bars and restaurants are. Beautiful set up perfect for 2 couples or family with 2 kids.

    This space was fantastic. The 2 bedroom apartment was extremely well appointed, with high end finishes. The location to downtown & the university were great. We also enjoyed the outdoor space. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

    Couldn’t have asked for a better set-up for a short stay in Bozeman. Historic property rehabbed into a 2 apartment set up. Just what I needed when visiting friends to have some space and downtown an easy walk, with some nice trails nearby too.
