Stayed Jun 17, 2023Upon arriva, the unit door was unlocked and wide open, in addition to the building door being propped open at any given moment. It is not clean with dust on nearly all surfaces including the dishes on a cubby shelf. The shower was not cleaned or wiped down with quite a bit of hair and debris in it. One shower towel had a very large stain. The fridge is dirty on the inside. Half of the lights are not functioning properly and the main light only has 2 out of 4 light bulbs working.. The mattress sags quite noticeably in the middle making 2 people on it. The building itself is quaint, but the noise level was unexpected. This unit sounds like it's over to dance club. The other tenants/renters in the building wandering in drunk well into the night trying all of the doors was very unpleasant. Waking up to the unit door handle attempting to be opened was unexpected and scary. Overall, we spent as little time as we could in the unit. It was extremely uncomfortable, dirty, and didn't exactly provide a feeling of safety. I am very surprised other renters had not mentioned these issues before. Hopefully these things can be addressed because the location is perfect for travelers looking to explore.

Stayed Apr 21, 2023A bed to sleep in, a bathroom to shower in, a refrigerator to keep drinks cold. Don't expect to be able to cook anything, which was fine because we planned on eating out the whole weekend anyways. And the coffee pot has been replaced by a Keurig, so plan according if you want your morning coffee.

Stayed Jul 17, 2020My wife and I go to Flagstaff a few times a year for camping. For this stay we stopped in Flag on our way to camping in Utah. This location is awesome, even with Covid 19 limiting businesses. It is truly in the heart of all the fun locations in town. A few things that we were concerned with, the floors might not have been swept as well as we had hoped. I think some clarification on the a/c system would help, very limited lighting at night in the hallway leading to the unit. Maybe there was a light switch but I couldn't find it. Lastly where the bed is located is a window that lines up perfectly with a sky light in the hallway with the rising sun and no curtain to give you few extra hours of rest. Overall the place is as advertised and I would definitely recommend it to friends who want to be in an affordable downtown location.
