Denver, Colorado
This rare Italianate-style 1884 built home was stripped to the walls for a total interior re-design and modernization.
The structure boasts 3-sided turret window bays, intricate brick work, high ceilings and a beautiful redwood deck with magnificent views of downtown.
Located near the 5-Points/Curtis Park historic district, it sits just 4 blocks from the Central Business District and just over 2 blocks from the light rail station. Just a 15 minute walk to the 16th street mall makes all of lower downtown easily accessible.
A perfect stay for anyone attending events at the Denver Convention Center - ride the light rail right to the front door!
Prominent antique features highlight the interior design, such as stained glass windows and unique decorative stair guard of a historic Larimer Square railroad building. Marble tile salvaged from the Brown Palace Hotel adorns the bathroom floor and walls.
A thoughtful marriage of modern design with vintage accents, the renovation involved painstaking restoration of original vintage trim work to complement contemporary features.
Comforts include Dish satellite 120-Plus, large flat screen TV, High-speed wireless Internet, stereo speakers in each room, steam shower and central air conditioning.
A fully stocked European-style kitchen with high-end appliances makes cooking your meals a pleasure.
The atmosphere of this apartment is enchanting. Located on a quiet, seldom trafficked street provides for a comfortable neighborhood feel. Morning light pours through bay windows lighting the living room and kitchen areas. Evening sunsets light up downtown skyscrapers viewed from the outdoor deck.
The apartment sleeps up to 4 persons, with 2 in the bedroom queen-sized bed and 2 on the living room sofa-bed.
Guests are provided independent access to the apartment at any time for check-in and throughout the course of stay by key provided in lock-box at the front door.

It was a very nice, well kept property. Close proximity to downtown Denver, walkable but we ubered. The area itself seemed in transition with a mix of young professionals and an old guard of established urban neighbors coexisting. The owner seemed very nice and the property was very nice, especially with the outdoor terrace. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend the property.
Only 5-10 minutes from every brewery / restaurant you could dream about going to. Excellent stay. Great communication with property owners. Enjoyed every second of the stay!!!
Had a great stay. I especially liked the secluded second story outdoor deck and the abundance of nature. It definitely exceeded my expectations.
Gary was a consummate host.. very responsive and detailed I his instructions. My boyfriend and I stayed in Denver for 3 days, and this home was a nice base for us in a central location. We enjoy staying in old homes when we travel, and the second floor of this Victorian home was pleasant.
We stayed for a month and had a fantastic time. Walkable to so many local attractions and the host was very responsive and available for any needs. The place was clean and spacious with plenty of amenities. Would recommend and stay again.
Condo had everything I needed for the week! Quiet neighborhood but close to some great restaurants. I enjoyed my stay!
Very comfortable place and a good location to downtown. No complaints.
Nicely renovated apt. close to Denver. I really enjoyed the view of downtown and the architectural details.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this historic property near DT Denver. Gary provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Awesome place and layout, back deck was very nice as well. Would recommend!
We found the property to be excellent. All was as indicated in the published description and prior reviews. Gary was responsive in a flash for a minor issue with the Wi-Fi. Had some unseasonably cold weather during the visit and the apartment was quite cozy. We recommend this property highly.
