Get cozy in this compact apartment while you explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer!

The Space:

The space is open and welcoming for you to settle right into. The cool blues and the popping greens tie the wooden main room space into the coziness of the rug on carpet in the bedroom. You can't forget that lovely green chair in the corner! Equipped with WIFI and a smart TV, you can binge shows in bed or work away as needed (or both, we won't tell!) This apartment has key-less entry that generates personalized entry codes for you during the length of your stay.

Well-behaved dogs (no cats) are welcome, for an additional fee of $50 per pet. Please clean up after your pet's waste from the ground.

Guest Access:

Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

The Neighborhood:

This is a friendly neighborhood. It is guaranteed that you'll see some kind neighbors walking their pups throughout the day. :)

Getting Around:

Walking and driving work great.

Uber and Lyft is available in the area, along with a Bus Route that can take you over to Cincinnati, where the Reds and Bengals play. From there, you could take a street car to OTR (Over- The-Rhine) or anywhere in downtown Cincinnati.

Other Things to Note:

I will stay here again a million times. It was esthetically pleasing and very close to everything. The neighborhood was cute, and the neighborhood residents were very sweet. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner as well. I will most likely stay here again!!!!!

Wonderful stay, cute little place, perfect for solo trip or you & your plus one. Great location. Clean and exactly as listed. Upstairs neighbors were semi loud but didn’t bother us, and the door code given in the check-in directions didn’t work. However, host communication was great and the issue was fixed in less than two minutes. Would stay again!

I had a business trip and needed a home base for a few days. This place was perfect. It was well located for driving to Louisville and Columbus. The amenities were good, with everything that you needed. The bed was comfortable, the TV was good, and the vibe with the open brick was lovely. Parking is street parking, so just be sure to note street cleaning, but otherwise, it was easy to park within 100 feet of the door. The only thing that could be improved is that there really is no good place to work. A desk or more substantial dining table would be a great upgrade. I would not have any hesitation in staying there again.

We appreciated the beauty of this historic home with its high ceilings, wooden floors and brickwork. The bedroom is stunning! The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of clean towels and everything we needed for our stay. Neighbors were friendly. Really enjoyed eating at Libby’s which is in walking distance. Communication was prompt and clear. Highly recommend this property. Thank you so much!

The place was cute but all the knickknacks were very dusty. There was a broken press on nail on our night stand. The decoration pillows felt dirty and we also felt the need to clean all dishes before using any. The people who live upstairs came home around 3am and you can hear every step they took. Overall the place was nice for a night but I wouldn’t recommend more.

My wife and I stayed for the weekend while in town. It was exactly what we needed. We brought out dogs with us and the first floor entry made it very easy to get in and out of to take the dogs on walks. We didn't really use the kitchen but it was there if we needed it. Literally just a block and a half from the nightlife of Mainstrausse Village. This will be our home away from home when in town.
