Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso Boarding Pass with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a free parking in the attached garage, 2 Outdoor pools (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day, hours are 9 am - 8 pm, please follow all posted rules), 24/7 Fitness Center and Bark Park with agility equipment. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise monitoring decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise devices do not have recording features).

Your reservation at CityWay includes one pass for the on-site CityWay South Parking Garage. Please note that we cannot provide additional passes as the garage is public. Upon entry, take a ticket and pay upon exiting, subject to availability. The pass grants unlimited in and out privileges for one vehicle. Enjoy convenient parking during your stay at CityWay!

Pool Guidelines:
No Glass Containers – Ever.
Glass is not allowed anywhere near the pool deck or in the pool. It’s a big safety risk — and if glass is found, we have to drain the pool. Let’s avoid that!
Music is Welcome—Just Keep it Friendly.
Love a good summer playlist So do we! Just make sure your volume doesn’t disturb the peaceful vibes of the community. If it’s too loud, you’ll be asked to turn it down or head out.
Pets Love Summer, Too—But Not at the Pool.
We know your pets are family, but they’ll need to sit this one out. No animals are allowed in or around the pool area.
Guests: One Per Leaseholder.
Planning to bring a buddy Awesome — just keep it to one guest per leaseholder.
Snack Breaks Away From the Pool.
Please enjoy meals and snacks away from the pool area; one of the nearby courtyards is a great option! No food is allowed on the pool deck or in the water.
Keep an Eye on Capacity.
Residents are expected to self-monitor occupancy limits posted on the pool deck. Our staff and Courtesy Officers will also be checking in regularly.

And just to make sure it’s crystal clear — no glass. Ever. Really. We mean it.

    EXCELLENT, top marks on all fronts. We were in town to catch a Colts game and do some golfing. The location is prime downtown, easy walking to football or basketball, restaurants, bars, etc. Even the layout of the property was ideal for 2 or 4 with a large common area, 2 bedrooms with ensuites. Very clean with amenities provided. I would highly recommend the property.

    Worked out great for the trade show we were attending. Parking garage is tall enough for SUV’s/trucks. Believe 8ft IIRC. Which is a big deal.Only things I would recommend changing were have a few more bath towels/rags. (I looked and couldn’t find extras.)There was one of those plug in air fresheners set at full bore and it almost made us sick it was so strong.

    We stayed at this location for my daughter to compete in a swim meet. The location was great; it only took a few minutes to drive to the university. There are many restaurants that are within walking distance. We loved eating at Yolk for breakfast, which is literally at the base of this building. The size of the unit was nice and fit 2 adults and one teenager well.Now, for the cons. If workout facilities matter to you, the picture shown in this listing is a far cry from what you get. My husband and I expected multiple treadmills, weights and bikes. Instead, the workout area had one broken bike, one treadmill and a run down rowing machine. There were limited weights and the area was filthy with dust. When I reached out to management, I was told they were under renovation. I don’t know how that accounts for the false advertising of the gym depicted in the listing. Another con is the parking, if you have a large SUV. It is great that parking is free, however, the garage is very tight to drive in and park. We found out on the last day there there was an open rooftop in the parking structure. If you have a large SUV, I recommend driving all the way to the top to park. It will save you a lot of frustration, trying to angle your vehicle in the tight spaces in the main deck.One final note, if you’re allergic to animals, this might not be the best rental. There was dog hair imbedded in the family room rug.

    Came in for a Colts game with a couple of friends and this place was in a great spot, walking distance to the stadium and great places to go out. Perfect for what we needed.

    Overall this was a good place to stay. There were a few short comings, though. Upon entry, it was clear that only a superficial cleaning was conducted. It was absolutely clear where the cleaning had been done prior to our taking possession of the unit. I asked about a broom/dust pan or other cleaning implement La present in the unit, but was told that none were available. Additionally the amenities in the kitchen were not present, so if you plan on doing any cooking…good luck! Some of the items that were lacking included a pancake turner, a slotted spoon, a colander, a skillet larger than 8” diameter. It was very difficult to cook for a family of 4 during our 10 day stay.additionally the HVAC system was mostly unreliable, despite going through every setting that we could find, we could not get the thermostat to stay set for longer than 4 hours without it resetting to its initial set point. All these lacking amenities made some discomfort during our stay. Overall, the location was central to all that we wanted to do while in Indianapolis, and it was great to not have to move the car and worry about parking. I would take another chance on a mitten property in this location should need arise in the future.

    Very nice City Way apartment, fairly new, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, full kitchen and living room. Stainless Kitchen appliances and granite counter tops, all new and in great shape. Well appointed and clean! Had everything we needed for two couples. Each room even had a desk with a monitor which was very helpful for those of us who had to work while in town. City Way is located right in downtown Indianapolis near all the sports and other venues. Within walking distance of center of Indy and all the different event venues. Great location! Great, safe parking at City Way too.

    Really enjoyed the lovely modern apartment for our weekend visit to Indy for dinner and the Colts. Apartment had everything we needed and location was amazing, next to Lucas Oil and Commission Row restaurant we visited for dinner. East in and out and we felt spoiled! Would definitely stay here again!

    The location was SO great for an event at Lucas oil stadium. The check in process was honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced, the instructions were so incredibly detailed which was great because it could have been really tricky without them. The place itself was also really nice! The bedrooms each had their own bathroom which is a nice feature and the place was clean and comfortable!
