Stayed Sep 27, 2023If you’re looking for a spot in downtown Asheville, this is it. Walkable location to tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. 4 codes necessary to get into the apartment so we always felt very safe. Quiet building. Clean, comfy beds and large bathrooms. It had all we needed for a quick weekend stay. Bonus, you’re staying on the only cobblestone street in downtown Asheville. :) Management was also very accommodating about letting us leave luggage at their office before our flight. Much appreciated. Thanks for a great weekend Asheville, you did not disappoint.

Stayed Sep 13, 2023This was a great stay! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic and walkable to so many restaurants. Each entry point in the condo had a pass code, making the place feel very secure.

Stayed Jul 26, 2023Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent 3 days at this condo. Everything was fine, place was roomy, comfortable, and modern. Some suggestions . Please add a couple of dish wiping rags to the kitchen. Parking inside was nice except for the tightness in getti g in and out of the slip.

Stayed Jul 20, 2023This location was perfect. Tons of things to see and do and enjoy within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Very safe — multiple security codes made us feel safe and sound. Awesome. Clean and perfect.
