The place was great spotless. Parking in the garage was a big plus for me car was warm and safe.

was just as expected, found keys and door control easily and was close to eating just a short walk, enjoyed our stay.

Great place to spend a few days in Fargo. Centrally located clean, comfortable and spacious condo. We would gladly stay here if we return for another trip.

This apartment was in a great location close to downtown. It was stocked with essentials for cooking. Beds were comfortable.

Everything was fantastic. It was the perfect place to decompress after a long day of conference sessions. We were within walking distance to downtown, and the building was secure and quiet.

We were very comfortable in this unit. The owner was so helpful during our whole stay. Our only complaint we had was the construction made parking and getting around difficult, but that of course is at no fault of the owners. We would 100 % stay there again!

Loved our stay. Very convenient location, cute decor although sofa was pretty dirty. Stayed with my 81 year old mother so parking was great. Would like to have had handicap bar in the walk-in shower just for safety sake. We had to leave one day early, had to call ambulance for my mother. Would stay here again next year if available.

We made a weekend getaway date with friends. This was a perfect location, clean, simple and provided lots of space. Enjoyed the views!

Had everything we needed, great location to walk into downtown. Beds were comfortable, little balcony was great to drink coffee on in the mornings. Communication with the owner was fast and easy, and we loved having an indoor parking garage spot. Definitely recommend!

The location was ideal for an event we were attending at the festival grounds in Fargo - it ended up being a 15 minute walk. The carpets are in need of cleaning and there were stains on the sofa, but otherwise everything was clean and we appreciated the two AC wall units as it was unseasonably warm when we were there. There is off street parking in a garage and the host provides a parking permit for a vehicle to park at a parking lot about a block away. We appreciate the host's communication and the location of the apartment. We found a very cute cider bar nearby on the walk to the festival grounds and enjoyed a delicious dinner from the nearby chicken place.

The place was just as adorable as the listing and very walkable to downtown.

At a time when we didn't want to think about too much all of the instructions for entry/exit, parking, etc were great! Place was clean and had what we needed for our family of 5.

Close to downtown Fargo. Clean. Beds are comfy. Could use a more comfy couch in the living room but it was okay for a few nights. Would rent again.

The apartment entry and instructions on the what, where and how were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is also with 6-7 blocks for walking to restaurants and ice cream. The second day we biked over to Hopperstad for a tour of the boat and church. From there we bike along the Moorhead bike trail. There are many miles to bike. We had a great time getting to know Fargo and staying at the VRBO rental

We've been here twice now and it's a nice way to visit NDSU with our incoming freshman! Space to stretch out and make a little food with our quick visits.

Was very please with this listing on all fronts. It was so good that we plan to repeat anytime we need to return to Fargo for a weekend trip.
