Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment is a bit worn. We are older patrons and I would say we found the apartment small. This might be the smallest queen bed we’ve experienced and not comfortable. We found the parking place difficult to access and had to climb 2 flights to access the lobby elevators. The elevators were being repaired during our stay and not too reliable. Someone else mentioned the ethnic cooking smell, and we found it very strong and objectionable. The Air Conditioner was very noisy in both rooms. I wouldn’t recommend the laundry, pay as you go. The YouTubeTV was a nice touch and the location was good. Not our cup of tea.. We only stayed 7 nights of the 14 we rented, traveling to other places.

Stayed Mar 28, 2019Yulka was so nice, place was clean and comfortable within walking distance of great restaurants and The Stamford Palace. Only 30 min to NY Botanical Gardens or Bronx Zoo. We'll use it again!

Stayed Oct 8, 2017Yulka’s place was nicely located and convenient to everything. The apartment itself was cute and comfortable. Yulka was responsive when i contacted her and very flexible in my checkout time.
