We want your stay to feel easy, comfortable, and stress-free. Here are a few helpful things to know before you arrive:
• Pre-Check-In Required: You must complete our pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and digital guide. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card and released within 3 days of checkout, provided no damages occur.
• Check-In/Out Times: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee upon request and subject to availability.
• Extra Bedding: A Pack 'n Play or one air mattress is available upon request. A second air mattress can be provided for an additional fee of $35/night.
• Host Support: For any questions, please contact us directly via phone or Airbnb messenger. Building staff are not equipped to assist with your reservation.
• Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) not permitted unless actively loading/unloading
• Off-street parking: 1 space included; additional may be requested
