In the 1920’s, the U.S. National Park Service commissioned Mary Elizabeth Jane Colter to draft plans for a series of cabins, a historic oasis nestled at the bottom of Grand Canyon. She named them the Phantom Cabins. Still in operation today, these rustic cabins are built of wood and native stone blending with the natural beauty of the setting. Stayed Dec 31, 2025Hosts were very easy to work with, prompt responses and accommodated special services, arranged a massage and charcuterie tray with wine for New Years Eve. Quick access to park entrance and I appreciate that its a gated resort. Nice little hiking trails on site to let the doggo stretch her legs, too....views of the canyon are exveptonal. Highly recommend Doves Rest!!
