Double Pour at Tartan House features two spacious and stylish suites at the hottest new short term rental destination in Nulu. Groups of up to 10 guests will have exclusive access to the two front suites and all the best amenities for your absolute comfort.

This is a separate business serving a curated list of spirits and luxury cocktails in a highly refined setting. It is the ultimate luxury stay and play destination.

Each suite has its own private access located right above the central courtyard at Tartan House.

SUITE 1 THE ANGELS SHARE
A spacious two bedroom suite featuring exposed brick walls, a modern kitchen, and premium furnishings.
• Sleeping Arrangements: Comfortably sleeps four to six guests with two private king bedrooms and one queen sofa bed. ️
• Features: Includes a full kitchen and a private laundry area equipped with a new washer and dryer.

SUITE 2 SINGLE MALT
A spacious and beautifully modern studio.
• Sleeping Arrangements: Comfortably sleeps two to four guests with one king bed and one queen sofa bed. ️
• Features: Includes a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, a coffee bar, and a mini fridge.

AMENITIES AND ACCESS
• Gathering Spaces: Both suites feature large open concept living areas that are perfect for groups to gather, eat, drink, or watch television.
• Entertainment: Enjoy 4K Smart TVs equipped with YouTube TV for local and cable channels, plus your favorite streaming apps.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
We are an integrated partner with Airbnb. Because of this, our guests must complete a separate host rental agreement sent after booking. A credit card will also be required to authorize a 300 dollar security deposit hold. This hold is released upon checkout as long as there are no damages.
