DOLPHIN 10 on Horseshoe Bay,Port Elliot

The location is fantastic! Great apartment. Very clean & practical. Definitely recommend

Was very clean although shower bit dangerous with a loose drain hole. When I booked the photos didn’t depict that unit was upstairs. When I looked back it does say it but feel it could be better advertised as not suitable for anyone with a disability. Luckily I had my husband to carry all our bags etc. kathryn

We were very impressed with the property, very comfortable. I loved the photos decorating the walls. Would make one suggestion, a grab rail in the shower would be an advantage.

Clean, comfortable with everything you need, parking for two cars. Fantastic location just steps from the beach, walking distance to cafes/pub and even a view of the Cockle Train as it goes past. Appreciate the linens and fabulous hot water service to shower off after the sandy beach. Would gladly stay again.

Great location near the beach and town centre, but the shower only had good pressure when the water was cold

Dolphin 10 is not fancy but perfectly adequate for a short stay when location matters. It's right adjacent to Horseshoe Bay and walking distance to several eateries - both in town and adjacent the bay. The unit is small but has all that is required.

Great little getaway place perfect location

Had everything we required to have a comfortable holiday close to the beach, eateries, and pleasant coastal walking trails.

Loved the location, had everything you need and hosts communicated well. Is a little old and some features could use an update but would definitely stay again

Location & convenience of apartment block was spot on but were disappointed in our position. Prior notice that we were at the back would have been appreciated. We would also respectfully suggest that some of the utensils are replaced eg rusted oven trays and chipped glassware. at

It was clean comfortable and quiet and close to my friends who stayed at the Caravan Park. I had a lovely stay there . I would recommend it highly.

As always we were happy with our stay. The only issue this time was the second bedroom. A previous tenant had vomited on the carpet tried to clean it but the summer heat made the odour extremely unpleasant !!

Very handy for the beach, the cockle train and the shops.There are some beautiful coastal walks close by.

Lovely placed that has bright and breezy decor. Terrific spot in one of the great locations in Australia.

Shirleys apartment is in the perfect location. You can walk out of the building to the beach. Its on 1st floor which was ok with us, just mentioning it so people are aware. Apartment is spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds and very cosy place. Feels like home. Please be aware its a very old apartment. The kitchen cabinets drawers don't open easily. The exhaust fan in the bathroom does not work, the wire has been chopped off. I barely sat on a dining chair, realised it was wobbly, so got up in time to see, the legs are actually broken. I realised i could have really injured myself if i fell. It's an OHS issue. The grill in the bathroom was hanging, ready to fall off. The shower really smal, could barely fit in.

Great location easy to find. Comfortable & cosy. 2nd floor stairs to apartment though not an issue for us. Great value

A short notice weekend away and we were lucky to see Shamrock and her calf in the area. The property is a stones throw from the water and a great location to explore the area from.

We had a great time at horshoe bay.

Our grandson has started to get interested in fishing. Spent a day pulling out mullet and salmon trout off jetty at Murray Mouth, competing with pelicans and seals. And a lovely day on Granite Island jetty. Very interesting history along the coast. Although we all 4 had different interests there was something for everyone. I’ve always loved Horseshoe Bay and now I know where to stay, we’ll hope to be back again. Thank you for welcoming us in
