Great place to stay. Close to everything.

Owners were so nice and helpful. Apartment was very clean. Location was very convenient to main road. Shower is extremely small.

Property was as described and was clean. Check in process was a breeze. You'll stay in the basement area but it's fully furnished with a private full bath and enterance. Owners live upstairs but we rarely noticed that. They were really nice and made us feel welcomed. We were running around from one place to another and were sometimes late to things so we didn't get to interact with them much unfortunately. Would definitely stay here again if they still had their house listed and they accepted the booking. You won't regret it either.

Overall place was clean and quiet. Bed was firm. Good pillows, bed linens & towels, decor, walkway lighting, views, comfortable furniture. Small shower 2 1/2 ft x 2 1/2 feet. My husband is 6ft, his head beside the shower head. Not comfortable with motion sensor in bedroom, wooden slats on the walkway, interfered with rolling suitcases. Having an honor bar where host provides snacks & beverages with a pricing sign. Everything listed on the pricing list wasn't available so how can I guarantee I wouldn't get charged for what was missing? Plus, in all the Vrbo's I have ever stayed that has freely provided snacks and beverages never charges their guests. Don't get me wrong it is nice having snacks and beverages when you are first arriving and don't have anything with you. Just felt uncomfortable with it. I removed all their beverages from the fridge after taking a photo of them. So that we could put our own things in there. Photographed the snacks but didn't touch or remove any of them. This was our first time renting a Vrbo where it is the lower half of a house & owners were upstairs. That was uneasy for me, but that is my fault I didn't read the description correctly & I was out of time to find a place. There was no lock on the bedroom door. I wished it had due to sharing a house with someone above us. Bdrm door could be locked from the kitchen side but not bdrm side. Owner are nice and quiet. If I was in a pinch I would stay again now that I knew what to expect.

Such a cute and clean Suite and perfect location. Close to all the attractions within Sevierville TN. Our Host was so nice and so helpful.. I would recommend and would come back to stay again.

As with all my bookings I inquired if the property was wheelchair accessible. I was told the owner had had numerous persons in chairs had stayed with no problem. When we got to the property things were not as advertised. There is a steep walkway to get to the unit. Inside the doorway to the bathroom, we were unable to navigate it. The door is not 23 as I requested and there is a stairway that infringes on a chair making the turn to the door. The owner has placed a ramp between the bedroom and the living area. But it is too short and thus too steep. The owner, who lives upstairs, came down and had to help lift my chair over the threshold to the front door. Once the owner saw the difficulty, we were having he agreed to refund 1/2 of our rental cost. But with all the ad on charges you incur using VRBO, the refund was far short of 1/2. Due to the problems above we were unable to stay and had to spend time looking for a hotel at the late hour.

Easy to get to, hosts were very nice and helpful. Wonderful accommodation. Highly recommend!

Love the location and convenience. Close to everything and plenty of choices in restaurants and shopping. There is really no need for a vehicle as everything was within walking range. Would definitely stay again. Very nice owners.

We had a very relaxing stay in this cute, cozy rental. It was very clean and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. Bed was super comfortable and the apartment was well appointed. Jim and JoAnn were great hosts, accessible for questions. We enjoyed our chats, as well. Thank you both for a pleasant, relaxing trip.

We found the property to be as advertised. Many games, books, cable and acceptable internet. Was clean and well equipped.
